The price specifications are absolutely correct, the overall price is large. Spargel with Morchelsauce als Vorspeise, Chateaubriand, Rindsfilet mit Entenleber, Salat....jedes einzelne Gericht hervorragend zubereitet das Fleisch wunschgemäß bei jedem auf den Punkt gegart, die Beilagen frisch. Served at the same time even more! Dazu ein hervorragender Rotwein zu einem ausgezeichneten Price von 29 Euro die Flasche. Wir waren alle hr zufrieden und kommen wieder! Ein all Erlebnis, vielen Dank. No negative reviews are understandable to me on the contrary. The visit was a great experience for all of us (there were seven of us). The service was very friendly and present, the waiting times until the order and delivery of drinks were very short, until the meal was very pleasant. The value for money is absolutely correct, the choice of dishes is fantastic. Asparagus with morel sauce as a starter, chateaubriand, beef fillet with duck foie gras, salad....each dish is remarkably prepared the meat is cooked to perfection according to everyone's wishes, the accompaniments are fresh. The service was done on hot plates an added bonus! All accompanied by an excellent red wine priced at 29 euros per bottle. We were all very happy and we will come back! A great experience, thank you very much."

Small and basic menu, but they have some nice crowd pleasers as long as foiegras, tartar, snails or steak Rossini is your jam

chics restaurant some meters after the limit. personal is furnished, very friendly and fast. “So eat in Alsace” simply a pleasure! 5 stars and we're coming back! price absolutely power!

we did not know this restaurant and we decided to experience it. Saturday noon we were in a couple and it was a wonderful discovery. food is very good and very fresh. the blue cord is delicious as well as all the dicks we have tasted. prices are very well calibrated. The service is impeccable. We're gonna be a client for a long time.

were two in the restaurant au tilleul today. nice ambiente and very friendly service. nüsslisalat with speck as appetizer. ossobuco and les trois filet de chef an morchelsauce as main dish were excellent. 1 glass chardonay and 1/4 red wine excellent. a carafe water free. this is a very pleasant gastronomic tradition in France. 2 cappuccino. all at the price of euro 100 happy again! ps: a big dog has found us sympathetic. Anyway, he's got us a little bit dizzy when we eat. my accompaniment meant he speculated on the osso... who knows what dogs think. Anyway, we had fun.

"Cheval Blanc is the ultimate classic French fine dining experience in Switzerland. We came here to celebrate my birthday while in Switzerland looking for a 3 Michelin stars experience. Located in the historical Grand Hotel Les Trois Rios. The riverside setting is charming and romantic. You start by a welcome drink at the terrace looking at the Rhine greeted by suited , polite and professional staff. The head chef Peter Knogl came to say hi before we moved to the main dining room and service started. The decor and interior is classy retro French with high ceilings, arches, classic chandeliers, large windows and round tables with candles. Ambience is warm and intimate. Service was top notch and impeccable. Staff were all knowledgeable with refreshing attention to details. Cuisine was modern french with Mediterranean influences, flavors were complex and dynamic. Ingredients were chosen carefully and courses were presented beautifully. I liked all of my courses, highlights of the menu were the Sardine Macaron, Langoustine curry, Red Mullet filet and the French saddle of lamb with mediterranean flavors. Wine pairing was excellent and enhanced every course taste and flavor. Sommelier was very professional and knowledgeable yet intimidating a bit. The French Cheese selections from Maître Antony in Ferrette was aromatic, rich and satisfying, Maître Antony is one of the best in the world that many Michelin starred Chefs get their fine cheeses selection from. The night ended well with a couple of delightful desserts courses, few delectable bites and some velvety chocolate. Overall, we had an elevated fine dining experience that will bring me back if in Basel again."
