"We arrived at 3pm for a late lunch, a family of 5 people. The place was busy but not fully packed. Unfortunately we had to wait more than an hour from the moment we ordered until our dishes were served. The location is wonderful with great views of the lake, and the food, once arrived, was quite good. However, because it took so long to serve our food we felt that our day is being wasted and lost some of our appetite - the late lunch became an extremely late lunch. The food arrived late with no apology, the waiter was apathetic. He should have warned us in advance that one dish we ordered, the lamb chops, would take ages to prepare and should not have delayed all the dishes of the rest of us in order to serve them concurrently, without asking us about it - had we known, we would have ordered something else or asked to bring in the dishes as they are ready to avoid our children getting hungry and impatient. Overall, bad service spoiled our experience, and we would not want to come here again. We cannot recommend this place to others."
