Basically, if you are not blond or born in Austria you are not welcome. Never come here. The staff is rude. The waitress in the restaurants is the worst. If you ever want to feel unwilling, this is the place to come.

Had lunch here in their garden. Wife had lamb chops with steamed vegetables. I had schnitzel. Shared a mixed salad. Good Aporel spritz and weisbier. Food was excellent and service perfect! Very relaxing lunch next to the lake.

We stayed in the hotel for a week and chose to eat here almost every evening. Its a family run establishment and the staff are really helpful. There is a good choice of food and all the dishes are very tasty and well presented. The outdoor seating is on the edge of the lake and its a wonderful place for a relaxing meal.

We ate here many years ago and revisited that it was just as good to find. The staff is really nice, the menu is tempting and food excellent. For some dishes, a smaller help is offered, which often suits us well: we prefer quality as quantity... or sometimes just let an appetite for a desert. Extremely good value for such a good meal and a fabulous service.

We sat here one afternoon for a couple of dinks overlooking the lake in such a beautiful setting and decided to return for lunch the following day. It was busy as it was lunch time but we were served quickly by the friendly staff and both chose the schnitzel. The food arrived fresh and hot in a reasonable time and was delicious. We have started with garlic potato soup, it was very good and I recommend. I’ve proceeded with Wiener schnitzel, it was ok. My son took tomato risotto with tofu, it was also very good. Deserts were also very good (but I’m a sucker for deserts) Location of the restaurant is good and service is good as well. You can sit outside on terrace or inside if it is rainy day. Total 80€ for 4. Not expensive at all. Bottom line I recommend.

We had dinner here a few nights ago, and I really cannot overstate how impressed we were. Admittedly we were starving after a long walk down the Schafberg, but regardless, we were pretty blown away by the food.I had the garlic & potato soup, which was sensational; then the boiled beef, which came with various trimmings including a delightful grated horseradish and creamed spinach. We weren't planning on getting a dessert, but the first two courses were so good we felt it would almost be rude not to, so we each had an apple strudel, which again was fantastic. Dinner was made all the better by a stunning lakeside location and wonderfully attentive service. We had a great time and would recomme...

We arrived at 3pm for a late lunch, a family of 5 people. The place was busy but not fully packed. Unfortunately we had to wait more than an hour from the moment we ordered until our dishes were served. The location is wonderful with great views of the lake, and the food, once arrived, was quite good. However, because it took so long to serve our food we felt that our day is being wasted and lost some of our appetite - the late lunch became an extremely late lunch. The food arrived late with no apology, the waiter was apathetic. He should have warned us in advance that one dish we ordered, the lamb chops, would take ages to prepare and should not have delayed all the dishes of the rest of us... Visualizza piatti
