"2nd visit here and was a spur of the moment meal. Staff really on the ball to get menu and drinks sorted. Nice poppadoms and pickles tray to start, then a Dhansak which was sweer rather than hot and sour, still really good. Washed down with a pint of bicycle club IPA, first for me and very drinkable. All that for a touch under £22. Bargain. Will be back next time I'm working in the area. Service: Dine in"

"A really disappointing experience. When I arrived all the staff were busy, so I took a seat. I got essentially told off by a waitress for this. My mistake, I thought, so just forgot about it. I arrived at Noon at it took 20 minutes to take my drinks order and I didn’t get order any food until gone 12.45pm. Again though, they had warned that the kitchen was a little behind (they said 10 minutes) and a large group arrived just after me so no big deal. Then, as one of our group went to the toilet a waitress grabbed the empty chair (without asking) to give to another group. We very politely informed them that there was in fact someone sitting there. “You should have put a bag there, then” came the reply. Very unpleasant totally unreasonable. I won’t be returning I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4"

"The only criticism we have about this restaurant is that we were seated near the toilets, and every time someone went to the bathroom, a cold draft would hit us. Despite the presence of a screen, the cold air still managed to reach us, leaving us with cold legs, cold hands, and even icy car keys in our pockets. We brought this issue up with the manager on our way out, and they acknowledged the problem and are looking for solutions. It was probably the coldest night of the year, and the restaurant is located on a high deck. Despite the chilly experience, we still appreciated the quality of food and service, but we would recommend dressing warmly if you decide to dine here."

"A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant with my older family members. We traveled all the way from London and Kent coast to the Blister Hill Victorian Village, which was definitely worth the trip. The restaurant is incredibly beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was delicious. Everything, from cleanliness to good food, was top-notch. However, what really made this place special was the people who work there and the personal touches they provided. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely return. Many thanks."

"Food is tasty, which counts for a lot with healthy protein packed food! Zero flexibility with the food however, you can double meat but it has to be the same meat. Bad luck if you want steak and chicken (I did even try just ordering chicken on the side). Sadly it 's positioned in such an awkward busy place that it 's either difficult to park 'legally ' and due to people parking on both sides of the road it 's difficult to get out. My point, park at morrisons and walk across! Save yourself the hassle. Would reccomend to a friend have done!"

"A really good eating experience with quality food and attentive pleasant staff. There is a choice of A La Carte or Table d’hote menu the latter being a reduced selection from the A La Carte menu but better value). The cost of the food and wine is reasonable. Our only criticism was that the chips weren’t real ie. sourced from frozen. They didn’t taste good. On balance I would recommend this restaurant for a good relaxing eating experience."

"Shocking dining experience! An absolute travesty!! This used to be a superb pub (service and fayre); in the days when its exterior was adorned in a lovely duck egg blue, in keeping with it’s wonderfully quirky name. Stood at the bar we were ignored by the 3 members of staff engaged in private conversation. After a few minutes of awkwardness, we had to ask for some service. The menu (which had suffered more than it’s fair share of spillages) was not very extensive (only 3 grill choices). The wine menu was poorly constructed of single sheet papers squeezed into a narrow binder, not easy to open and peruse (it fell apart in my hand). The wait for food was substantial and our 2 sirloin steaks were under par. Not very hot, too much fat, and under cooked but still a weighty price at £24.00 for 8ozs. We weren’t asked if everything was ok and given the poor staff patronage, we lost the will to complain! I ordered a second glass of wine and was alerted to a conversation between two members of staff who couldn’t locate my order. So, one advised to ‘just give him Malbec, as it’s already open’. I hadn’t ordered a Malbec but it was poured and they gave it to another member of staff, without telling him it was the wrong wine. He duly apologised but much uncomfortable toing and froing ensued, while we were trying to eat, to locate the wine I had ordered which was to no avail. Staff clearly lack managerial direction. A disappointing experience; a clear demise of service and standards in this establishment, we couldn’t wait to leave! NOT recommended and will NOT be going back!"

"We had an absolutely delicious meal! Our food was served sizzling hot by a friendly waiter. While we waited for our main course, we enjoyed some crispy poppadoms and flavorful dips. It was a celebration with my husband and sister, and the meal was truly memorable for this special occasion. The dessert ice cream was delightful as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!"
"We ordered a Korma, Madras and Rogan Josh and the Korma and Rogan was way too hot to eat. My dad said the Madras was super hot too, and he managed half of it. We thought we could rely on a Korma being mild, which it wasn’t. I e-mailed to explain, not asking for a refund just to point out. I said I wouldn’t add a review, but having not even got an acknowledgment of my e-mail, I thought I’d review anyway! Such a shame as the 2 staff members we met were lovely! "This was our first and probably our last visit to this place. The staff were friendly and welcoming and it is obviously very popular with local people. However, the meals we ordered were very disappointing. We both ordered the 'Sizzlers ' meals. My husband 's order when it came out was wrong, and they gladly exchanged it. We were disappointed with the amount of meat in the meal but there was just too much salt which overrode the flavours of the sauces. The chips were crisp but tasted very greasy, whist the rice was bland and not well cooked. Overall, I couldn 't really recommend this place based on this visit."

"Me and my partner popped in here on a whim for some breakfast and we are very glad we did. It has positive reviews on Google already but I wanted to leave one myself. Food was great as was the portion size. Staff extremely friendly and we witnessed them helping an older gentleman before he left with his hood as it was raining heavily. The cafe itself is very modern and clean with great lighting. The vintage photos of Wellington were a great addition. I would definitely recommend try the breakfast from here but I am sure lunch and dinner are just as well made."

"Kirsty was nothing short of amazing; she promptly answered all our emails and provided us with great ideas. My husband, who is in the military, was deployed for four months leading up to the wedding, but Kirsty and the Hadley Park team were incredibly understanding and accommodating, easing my stress right away. The night before the wedding was lovely; we stayed in two spacious rooms, and the breakfast helped to alleviate any lingering anxieties. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our dresses and decorations. On the big day, everything was perfect—every detail was taken care of, and it felt like all the staff were genuinely invested in making our day special. When I went downstairs, the friendly atmosphere was a wonderful touch. The food was delightful, and our guests were equally pleased. Hadley and the team were very considerate of our vegan and gluten-free guests, even customizing some dishes to accommodate our pickier eaters. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous, and many of our guests commented on how beautiful their rooms were. A special thanks to Franca for ensuring we stayed on schedule. Overall, a massive thank you to everyone at Hadley Park House Hotel; I wouldn’t change a thing (other than perhaps the weather). We can’t wait to return and stay again!"

"We got married here on the 25th November, The Hundred House Tithe Barn was a perfect location for our fabulous day. Gemma (wedding Manager) is great, she gave us all the advice and help we needed to make our day special and one to remember. All of our guests commented on how well the day was organised and how delicious the food was, we chose Sausage Mash and Chocolate Brownie for dessert, it really was tasty and excellent service by the whole team. All the food was hot, considering they had to serve 103 guests!!Bacon baps went down a treat too, especially after all the dancing and prosecco. We also chose to have a naked sponge cake made by Hundred House, again this was so tasty, and looked amazing. We really would recommend The Hundred House if you are looking for a perfect place for your special day. We want to do it all over again. Thank you everyone xx"

"Food was mediocre. Got told I had to spend £5 to pay by card, was then told I could have a £4.80 meal for £5 (yes it's only 20p extra but not the point). The guy behind the counter who I'm assuming was the owner then decided to explain to me about the card machine charges like it was my problem. Probably about 95% of people pay by card these days so if the charges are that much of an issue tie them into the price of the food? Won't be visiting again."
"Chicken tikka masala was tasteless really looking forward to a curry and most of it ended up in the bin. Will not be ordering from here again. Even the dips were awful. Not usually one to complain but this was definitely something that needs saying. Waste of money. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"

"The dining experience at this restaurant is exceptional. The service is consistently prompt and we have never encountered any issues. We find ourselves ordering from this establishment at least two or three times a week. The staff is always courteous and the atmosphere is lovely."

"Daughters went mad to eat here. Chance would have been a fine thing…. We stood waiting to be seated. Sadly over five minutes had passed and no member of staff acknowledged us (they were not busy, only three tables with guests) dispite passing close by. Not even ‘we will be with you shortly’ our daughters were upset as really looking forward to it. But we decided with that as a first impression that we didn’t want to stay and experience anymore as it was rude. So we went to the Miller and Carter and had a fabulous experience both service and food. Please try harder next time to make your guests feel welcome and wanted."

"Service was absolutely terrible. We waited and waited and waited... Even though we booked a table for it was after when we finally got someone to acknowledge we'd arrived and were shown to a table. Then we waited again. Got our drinks fifteen...minutes later, and placed our order. Waited half an hour for a small starter. Then waited another half an hour for one of the worst main courses I've ever had. Extremely salty chicken in barbecue sauce, a fatty strip of bacon, bit of coleslaw, and luke warm chips. It was dry and absolute rubbish. The service was abysmal, the food poor quality, it was noisy and dirty and an utter shambles. Never again."

"the food was excellent. especially the garlic bread with mozzarella cheese. the young employees were very attentive. as visitors in telford were often in other restaurants in south water and this is one of the best for good eating and friendly young staff."
