However, we were somewhat challenging customers because we requested modifications to certain dishes, which the staff were happy to accommodate as long as we ordered and paid at the bar. Our waitress, Daisy, was delightful—friendly and attentive, providing us with outstanding service and a caring attitude.
Our food arrived hot and delicious, except for the mac and cheese, which was lukewarm, and the milkshakes, which contained partially crushed ice instead of being blended smoothly, perhaps due to not enough ice cream being mixed in. Additionally, there was an unexpected power outage in the kitchen, but the staff remained calm and handled the situation well, reassuring customers that their orders would be arriving soon or offering refunds to those who were waiting.
I did not receive my hash browns and was not offered a refund for them. Nonetheless, the standout aspects of this restaurant were its organization and structure, its fantastic location, and, without a doubt, the incredible service provided by Daisy and the rest of the staff."
