"Oh, it's just that I haven't written an evaluation here for 3 months. Was it laziness, unlust or lack of time? Most of the time we've been in restaurants we've known for years. There are no significant fluctuations in the quality of food and services. So why should I describe such restaurants several times? In addition, there was a summer holiday, which after the administration of 2 servings BioNTech thanks to Ugur Sahin, could be enjoyed again relatively relaxed. Let's hope this remains. Probably there is a third BioNTech supplement soon. We write Tuesday, 24.08.2021. Yes In the middle of the week, we rarely go for food from lack of time. Fridays Saturdays are actually our favorites. Since we had friends from abroad, it was just in the middle of the week. Ruck zuck had transferred Hasimausi the car 200 meters from Primavera a Merano: spring parked in Merano. In the early evening, the remaining meters passed by the beautiful Laurentiusplatz, where the papal St. Laurentius Basilica is located. In the times of the election campaign before the Bundestag elections, the party regularly takes up politicians from the 2nd and 4th levels to celebrate. This evening I saw only a half of 15, a maximum of 20 green plaques in the square. And what politician in this way we asked ourselves was today's guest of the Greens? Like Annalenchen Baerbock or the Top Frisur model of the Greens, Dr. Anton Hofreiter? Neither. It was the chairman of the Group of the Greens in the Bundestag, Katrin Göring Eckhardt. Come to a city with 355,000 inhabitants and a whole 15 to 20 green claqueurs are present. This must create frustration. But you can't show the frustration, because behind the next tree, a journalist with a micro and a camera already sits and listens with the aim of punching the politician into the pan. But good, so everyone has to wear his burden. Although I don't choose green, I already had some sympathy with Mrs. Göring Eckhardt. I have only one election event that I attended about 40 years ago. Two or three sentences later. From now on we went to the restaurant Primavera a Merano located vis a vis. In the lower part there is a beautiful summer sun terrace, which turns into a fully glazed conservatory in the colder season, including a free view of the outdoor strolling audience. Although it is pleasant there in summer, we do not like the relatively narrow seating there. Especially at a business dinner, the neighboring tables get a lot of information live. Ergo usually takes us to the first floor. Unless the terrace is only small, which is hardly possible on weekends. The table was reserved for 4 people. As always perfectly covered. Pleasant feel-good ambience. A warm welcome. As always done by men between 25 and 40 years of age who actually live and implement the term service. Student service e.g. social sciences will not find a job here. The cards were handed. The question of drinks. Quickly there was unity after 4 x gosset, although we have been wishing for years that there would also be alternatives to this on the map. That is why we do not become unfaithful to the restaurant. We come here again and again, because the gastronomic Wolfgang Schmitz understands combining a kitchen from Italy/South Tyrol with German accents. To this end, new creative additions, even lunches for business lunches, are often added. The kitchen greeted with fresh light and dark nut bread, olives for Hasimausi and two herbs dips. We made our choice. The appetizers: For my lady the seafood salad 13,50 Euro For me Scampis and scallops 16,50 Euro The wine lover will surely find something here with the drinks. Loose 10 to 15 open wines are offered and over 100 bottle wines. After all, the Primavera has a vinotheque. The card ends up at a 2008 Opus One Mondavi Phillipine de Rothschild for 290, Euro, which tells me not much as a professional beer consumer. However, I have long since died in awe of de Rothschild, which are now also in the shelves of Lidl and Kaufland. Hope that all the harvesting winegrowers don't slaughter me ideologically here. Mea maximum culpa. For Hasimausi an open gray burgundy, for me lacking cum, a pils. As main dishes: For Hasimausi the Irish lamb cart 26,50 Euro For me a Limousin cattle fillet 25,50 The very cool tempered Gosset Brut was served quickly, the glasses were very generously gifted. Similarly, the gray burgundy then served for my dear lady. The service looks short if, for example, if bread was still desired etc. and served relatively flott the appetizers. Already the optics on the plate of my appetizer convinced. The scampis were well prepared, the scallops tasted slightly nutty, just as my taste nerves so desire. Leaf spinach. Thank God the fruits of the sea were not spilled and drowned with the lobster. Rather, the lobster Saucenspiegel was distributed alongside the marine animals. Thus, the guest determines how much or how little he consumes from this little bit and not the cook in the kitchen. And Hasimausi ? She expressed her full satisfaction over the Calamaris, Scampis, Crevetten, Pulpo and Shells, which this seafood salad wonderfully cried. Also our friends were more than satisfied with the beef carpaccio and the served antipasti. Fast, flotted and canned has been preserved. It was noticeable whether wine, water or beer was missing. Our friends from Brazil tasted the wine from the middle of Europe recognizably well. The service refilled and had always immediately realized that there was an increasing air in my Pils glass. Only Hasimausi acted as a responsible and qualified passenger car driver under the 0.5 Promille limit! NOCH! While we waited for the main courts and chatted about everything possible, I fell down a one that I wanted to report very briefly about a campaign event that is over 40 years behind. At that time, I was a young hopper. Announced at that time was a campaign event in the venerable Wuppertal stadium at the Zoo. The speaker: FRANZ JOSEF STRAUSS. Polarizing multiple Federal Minister with various scandals, CSU Chef and Bavarian Prime Minister. A highly dazzling and controversial political personality, unique in the German post-war period. In the evening the weather was cold and wet. Strauß arrived much late. He was celebrated like a star. How many visitors would probably come today if King Markus Söder of Bavaria would speak publicly here in NRW? Maybe 500 or 1,000 followers? At the time at FRANZ JOSEF STRAUSS there were a total of 26,000 enthusiastic visitors in the stadium at the zoo. Unimaginable today. Well, I changed the subject in order not to be embarrassed to have to discuss with our very sympathetic friends from Brazil about the Brazilian policy of Bolsonaro. Voila, two of the always present waiters served at the same time the four main dishes, each with announcement. Perfetto the service and also perfetto what was recognizable there on the plates. Perfetto went on. The first cut of the beef fillet exactly fulfilled my wishes. Like MEDUIM WELL ordered, the excellent meat from the cattle from the land of Macron was also cooked. Right on the point. Böhnchen and baked potatoes. Not so convincing the Barolo Sauce. However, I was satisfied with it, because my favourite is mostly the pure meat flavour and the pure meat taste that sometimes destroys the one or the other sauce. Conclusion. Very satisfied. A look towards Hasimausi on her Irish lamb carree. Great satisfaction. On her plate the same little as was served on my fillet. My lady explicitly praised the sauce was clear! Our friends wanted to eat a local dish. Mutig I had recommended Viennese calf carvings. With some concern, I looked at how the sliced piece of meat made in Austria was consumed. I reaped a lot of praise. Whether it really caused enthusiasm in the palate or whether it was just courtesy Made in Brasil, I don't know. No matter how, the mood was good. The padrone looked past the table. We ordered the wonderful raw milk cheese selection with grapes and figs. So are we in Marsalla. When the Morand fruit fires, or the Grappa il Merlot, were still very attractive, we decided that the taxi had to be carried out. But not directly after leaving the Primavera a Merano. There is one more reason why we always like to board here. There are several pubs, cafes, one or other lounge, bistros, wine bar and other restaurants in the vicinity of a few 100 meters. Everything from rustic to dense, from sturdy to fine dining. Enjoy this environment best on Fridays and Saturdays. A bit more about this, like the Luise Bar Cafe. So once again from a summer evening in Wuppertal, a spring in Merano. And that always likes. To the stars. For food without if and but 4.5 stars. Service and cleanliness earn 5 stars. The ambience would actually earn 4 stars if there weren't the somewhat cramped terrace. With 4.5 stars the PLV. What we like most emotionally is the fact that we do not have completely covered culinary promises, as unfortunately it has become increasingly common. There is then promised a high-fat cuisine, but then heated in the kitchen convenience food. That's different. Here it is still noticeably fresh and handcrafted carefully cooked."

"Prolog Today I am particularly pleased, because the esteemed pre-reviewers are all personally known to me outside the virtual frontiers of WWW – we have been looking for friendly contact for a few years and all seem to be very happy with nostalgic humiliation to this restaurant, you can read the wonderful, personally embossed retrospects of “Glory days” in the mountain local colony. It was also Springsteen Fan First, with whom I had long planned a “bilateral” visit to our personal traditions of Italians that have been appreciated for decades. In the mint green ambience of the Solinger Bellanova we were already a guest, now the opportunity for a return to the legendary Pizza Pazza, which obviously has shaped the palate of generations of inclined Wuppertalers since the early 20s. First of all, however, it was necessary to avoid the A46 professional mosquitoes, a motorway which is once only designed and sewn over with long-term construction sites in order to torture people and to test their burden limits. A road as a psychological mass experiment? Yes, in this case I am convinced. So I drove relaxed parallel to the highway and enjoyed a beautiful view, thanks to the course of the Mollenkotten road, there is still a good parking lot at the restaurant, and the world is fine. 900 meters to the finish, first call “Where are you? Two super places right in front of the restaurant, just 300 meters further turn and drive back, before that doesn’t go!” Hmm, “before this doesn’t go” sounded like structural obstacles in the middle of the road, that was not so you can see from the waiting thick man on the boarding stone in front of the restaurant and the other model athlete was standing right in front of the entrance after a dynamically dynamically illegal turning maneuver. A warm welcome, short outline of the local history of the former pub mile from father's best years and nothing like pure into the gastronomic time capsule. Here has done very little in terms of the spirit of time, one sees from the meanwhile waiver of red white plaid tablecloths and Lambrusco bottles with drip candles, which according to First was still cliché fulfilling Usus in the early years. Criticism More than exhaustive has been written in the pre-criticisms about the ambience and the external representation, to whom my photos may not be enough to read here, to describe the shades and materials of individual seat cushions is not exactly my personal horse. Gorgeous, noble and time-spirited is certainly different. For me, however, it is crucial if I feel comfortable, and I have quite a lot of what was also due to our lively conversation, mutual frogs, an attentive service and the knowledge about the decades of history of this place – to me in all, rather than soulless retort caves that shine with large-format “ikeaesquen” photo prints on the wall. While, when I write “sensical is certainly different” one must surely relativize here, in times of shabby chic and unbroken vintage enthusiasm there will certainly be many who appreciate an authentic, rustic atmosphere at many occasions rather than high gloss and the “Ambiente Genre” mentioned in the last paragraph. Signore Cameriere in the best years made a good impression, in a positive sense like the ambience a touch of time fell with the back-lined hair, the immaculate white shirt and the black trousers, waitress dress like 40 years ago. We were allowed to pick the table, a nice corner table was found quickly, ah the cards, grazie, drinks? Si, please a small Pils, a quarter of the open white and a bottle of water. The 0.25l Brinkhoffs to moderate 1.90€ was soon on the table, also 0.75l SP to 4.40€, plus Firsts Chardonnay in the carafe too friendly 4€. Do not overdo the order for problemlessness: Pasta dishes also in Primi Piatti portions? Si! Small change in the Quattro Stagioni recommended by Carlo? No problem! A glass of red wine instead of a carafe, but first for pizza? Naturalments! Bruschetta classica – 2,20€ To the point roasted wheat bread, ripe tomatoes, basil, garlic, some salt, finished. Great, not terrible raw onions, and with this bargain, even the Crema di Balsamico on the rocket is not a superfluous, superfluous art on construction, but also makes sense to round off individual bites. Also worth mentioning the good processing of tomatoes, no strunking, no bright, aqueous pieces from the core housing blew the pleasure, simply modelly fileted, you can see from the skin that is not removed here, of course. I think that €2.20 is a more than fair price for bids, given that for similar competitors, 4 to 7 euros are welcome. First was served an extremely “filigre” salad with the moony title Monte Carlo, who reminded me of an XXL muesli dish on an alpine hut at first glance, but probably one of its absolute evergreens. Spaghetti Frutti di Mare (appetizer serving) – 8.50€ I had read through the three reviews before again well, this court had addressed me very much, visually on the photo, as well as in the non-inferior imagery of Carlo. The pasta just coming out of the pan smelled wonderful, tomatoes, basil, a hint of garlic and an appetizing breeze sea enjoyed the sense of smell and made appetite. A little freshly ground pepper from the mill I gave up, the dogma I liked to mention, to never be allowed to take Parmesan with pasta with fish, even in Italy, is handled very individually, but I personally also find that mature Parmesan maritime note is rather overlaid and in most cases it does. What the nose had already been pleasantly heard came to the greatest extent on the palate, a wonderful, discreet but perfectly adequately tasted à la minute sugo from the pan: cherry tomatoes, a good olive oil, pepper, salt, some garlic – if the ingredients are correct, the taste comes almost entirely by itself and here shows how authentic South italian is cooked here, an overgrown sugo would hardly have made the seafood. The pasta was pleasantly al dente cooked and was characterized by a high sugo absorption capacity, which is usually good quality. Even the seafoods were not overwhelmed or actually marinated courageously for cold consumption and still thrown into the pan, which is tasteful and, in my opinion, a gray, but sometimes handled in simple pizzerias. So the Sugo and the Frutti di Mare entered a wonderful symbiosis and the latter were butter-soft and thus tastefully differentiable. Pizza Quattro Stagioni (small) – 6€ Primitivo – 0,2l 3.20€ Now let ́s talk Pizza! The fact that I had replaced the champignons by spinach seemed to have provoked the Pizzaiolo so much that he tended to arrange the artichokes little lovingly, so it were more tre stagioni with a central season in the middle, but the seasons are becoming more and more mixed, perhaps a silent protest against climate change. It was also already with the criticism that the steaming roundling in front of me (no, not ridge), like the pasta had very appealing aromas, a Neapolitan pizza as it stands in the beech, boiling hot directly from the oven, which is for me dolce vita pure. The soil was tastefully also liked from the time when a simple pizza dough puts me into childhood at the first bite, memories of Italy holidays and first pizza experiences around 1980 are re-presented, then it says a lot to me personally. rich, honest, you taste the special flour, yeast, olive oil; the ground not thinly fragmented but perhaps about 2mm thick and pleasantly crispy and stable enough to have to hold a pizza eighth only on the edge, one would want to eat with the hands – the temperature in the oven has tuned, so much is fixed. Otherwise a beautiful, fruity round pizzaiola, sugo, sauce, whatever you can say to her personally, also this does not overwürzt or slapping with garlic (my worst case). The mozzarella run wonderfully, salami and ham of average but very acceptable quality, the peperoni on the Salami corner I prayed for also let me as a chili fan eat heartily, Scoville disciples is the Peperoni Salami Pizza highly recommended. For 3,20 you usually get no big drops in simple pizzerias, but unfortunately also a lot of horror, the Primitivo here was more than well drinkable, a solid, clean Primitivo, which in its simple, unadjusted nature perfectly matched to food. Mascarpone alla Grappa (small portion) – 3,50€ I actually noticed being pappsatt and not creating dessert. Mrs Obacht! However, from the far Garmisch (or “Yetis Gefilden”, as Mr Beermann likes to call this landline), he managed to convince First to an opulent dessert when I was not at the table for a minute. He came then also promptly with two spoons and naja, help yes nix, you have to try... Two neat plucks of an alcohol-depleted mascarpone mass, on top of toasted amarettini, in the middle a not exactly sober, beautifully decorated little mirror of vanilla and schokosauce, with Kiwi slices. In the presentation as well as tastefully, this added to the small menu sequence: honest, good food, as you can only wish for a daily visit to a family-run, simple Italian restaurant. I refused a grappa to the house for automotive reasons, but it is offered and is very acceptable according to Grappa Connaisseur First. In spite of all the nostalgics, an EC payment can be done comfortably at the table, of course we also liked to give a tip. Conclusion Without question, questa emozione for all Wuppertalers who want to know this place from childhood and use dinner for a cross-generational sense of well-being, or with the pals or girls want to enjoy good pizza, pasta, steaks, beer and wine without having to borrow it. But even without too much emotions a very decent traditional shop, well-run, authentic cuisine, courtesy and present service and an excellent PLV. The ambience certainly won no price for modern interior design, I liked it well, everything was clean and well maintained, only the chairs maybe a touch uncomfortable. My madame liked the photos so well that I must go with her next week, and I'll be happy to do that – a presto, cara Pizza Pazza!"

"So, just before the dance in May a short review. The pizzeria, in which it should bite in the Ruhr weather this afternoon, unfortunately no longer existed. No matter, then tonight after a customer visit in Velbert, there again after a long time, in the Pizzeria Gardasee. This pizzeria is quite inconspicuous from the outside and lies directly behind a striking traffic light crossing in the center of Velbert. The Pizzeria Lake Garda is now 29 years old, always in family ownership. Parking can take place free of charge directly in front of the door at the edge of the road. When I entered Pizzeria at 18:30, I was kindly greeted by the two Italians. When you enter the restaurant, on the left you will find the large counter, including pizza oven and the kitchen. In front of the head there is a slot machine and a beverage refrigerator. On the right half there are 4 wooden tables and 2 four wooden tables with wooden chairs. On the tables there are salt pepper shakers, a small flower and partly a pepper mill and two laminated folding menus in the Din A5 format. The tables were very clean and after each guest was cleaned directly and the tables were wiped off again. there was nothing to complain about cleanliness. The plant is already a little older, but well maintained. Optic is not so much now the brunette, but for an old-eaten pizzeria, which mainly lives but probably from the pizza delivery service and the pickers, it is OK. For the ambience compared to other pizzas in this way, but I can only give good 2.5 stars. The food must be ordered at the counter. I ordered: 1x in advance Pizza Marinara large for 3,80€ (pizza with pizza sauce and cartilage without cheese in small version also available for 2,80€, 1x as main food Rigatoni al Arrabiata for 5. € and 1x Coca Cola 0,33l in the bottle for sensational 1st €. The Coca Cola must, of course, be nicely cooled to get out of the fridge, and beakers gave it to the counter. Some pizza rolls are available here only when ordering a salad, otherwise they must be ordered for additional payment. But as I ordered the Pizza Marinara as an appetizer, today the pizza rolls fell for me. After a pleasant waiting period, although constantly ordered dishes picked up on the phone and the pizza taxi was constantly recharged, one of the pizza bakers called Marinara and Pasta are ready to pick up, please. Because I wasn't here for the first time, I already knew. I went to the counter, took me out of the cupboard a paper, serving, cutlery and the two plates with my food and went back to my table. You wanted me a good appetite. Actually, the Pizza Marinara should be served first (is actually just an appetizer, but here both came today at the same time. I saw my pasta plate parked at the top of the pizza oven because the pasta was already finished. For this reason and because I had to pick up my food here myself at the counter, this time I cannot evaluate the service for it because it was practically self-service, but with which I was satisfied; . Unfortunately I couldn't take the service from the review later, a half-star is unfortunately always left here in the system? The Marinara was very large, nice thin, plentiful with tomato sauce and cartilage, chess and even very tasty as I remembered. Four stars. The pasta was of the amount also OK, nice al dente, from taste quite delicious, beautiful picant, but somehow like Napoli sauce just a little sharper. As al arrabiata, I know the sauce a little different. For the pasta there are only good 3 stars today, so today a total of 3.5 stars have emerged in the food. The PLV today was worth 4 stars for 9,80€ I was good and tasty saturated and my thirst was still still still instill. After dinner, I had to pay back to the counter. I was kindly asked if it cost me, and after I paid, I wanted a nice weekend and I was passed on friendly. Conclusion: A simple pizzeria with really delicious pizzas for 29 years in a simple ambience. For a fast meal or a delivery service really suitable, only not necessarily for a romantic dinner or a business dinner. If it turns out again, I want to go back. And now it's going to dance in May, Prost."
