Wortlos. Die Kommunikation wurde auf das Minimalste reduziert. Herzlichkeit weit entfernt.

"as the oldest hotel of the benigerode, the colorful city in resin, the white brain combines a traditional hospitable friendship that has existed for 240 years with comfort and equipment of the 21st century. behind the historical work facade hidden a family-run hotel and an excellent restaurant in classic elegant style. first mentioned in 1121, is the colorful city attraction for all resin. that's the way, unfortunately it was too short to get to know this beautiful city right. Worth seeing is the central point of the old town with the famous rathaus on the market square, a pearl of medieval art. already mentioned in 1277 as spelhus as a farm house, but also as a place of medieval joys, such as gauklerspiele, dances and high-time celebrations, for the first time. in 1488 a regulation was adopted which limits the number of guests to 120!. such celebrations began on Saturday and had to be ended in the evening of Monday. in 1544, the conversion into the rat house was completed to a masterpiece of art. after an impressive city visit we returned to one of the beautiful old town cafe before we re-examine this beautiful city. benigerode impresses like quedlinburg with particularly many professional structures and from above welcomes the representations we have closed to us. a picturesque and romantic angle is also the upperpfarrhof behind the Rathaus, the house gadenstedt No.13 is one of the most beautiful houses in the city and dates back to the 16th century. the former pond mill was built in the middle of the 17th century. the water of the former mühlgraben underrinses the floor walls, so that the technical construction has partially degraded: wernigerodes slanted house! a point of attraction are the still steam-driven resin narrow traces. with the resin crossing, the journey from wernigerode to about 60 km to nordhausen. from Stein-Renne then follows the power-deading ascent after three ann hohne, here the path branches off to the legendary brocken 1.142 m u n prominent guests in wernigerode were among others: goethe 1777, wilhelm raabe 1880, theodor fontane and hermann löns ende of the 19th century."

"The old town of Wernigerode showed a little brittle during our visit, numerous construction sites compelled certain detours. Also two restaurants of interest in principle had larger construction sites right outside the door, and the service could not guarantee that the construction site noise would not start again. A little further, the “Brauhaus” seemed to be an option, but when it came close, it was found to be a Turkish restaurant that we had no desire. But a few steps further we found the restaurant and guest house at the Nicolaiplatz right at the corner of the Nicolaiplatz, where there was just one free table outside. We took place at this table and found the two laminated leaves of the menu half under a deck. German cuisine with an eastern part, the unavoidable sausage meat was also present here, but we had seen a daily offer on a stand nearer, which attracted us much more: “Schnitzel mit Pfifferlingen und Bratkartoffeln” for € 15.90. A little later an operation came to the table, greeted us and then accepted the order: A large Cola light for Madame (0,4l for 3,70 € and a non-alcoholic yeast white beer for me (0,5l for 4,20 €). The service thanked and disappeared around the corner in the house, then after a short time came out through the door a few meters next to our table and served the drinks. The corona-related one-way control required the staff several additional meters, but the appearance was nevertheless friendly and always present. In view of the day temperatures of about 32 °C, the beverages were partly evaporated before they had arrived properly in the stomach. Accordingly, my white beer glass was almost empty when the operation brought the plates with our carvings. Before I was able to report, she asked if there could be a beer, which I immediately confirmed. And then the food: fresh seedlings in a light cream sauce with some very small bacon cubes in it. Bratkartoffeln, who also deserved this name, with roasting points on each piece, well seasoned and also with bacon. And then the carvings: tender and juicy, not too thick, with a golden brown panting in different dark tones, which slightly leaped away from the flesh. I haven't eaten such a well-made carving for a long time, between this and today's unfortunately widespread specimens from the frituse lay worlds! We both got tired and felt very comfortable there."
