"Un bel ristorante ma ci aspettavamo un pasto migliore. Il melanzane alla parmigiana fu un buon inizio ma poi arrivò la delusione. La carbonara era estremamente secca e pastosa per non menzionarne l'estrema giallazza. Vi prego di non dirmi che questo è autentico romano, di tutta la carbonara che avevo a Roma, questo era abbastanza diverso e il meno appetitoso. Il sugo di coda era molto sottile e senza gusto con solo un accenno di oxtail. D'altra parte, il personale era tutto molto caldo e accogliente e il servizio era veloce nonostante il ristorante sia pieno. Onestamente avrei mangiato di nuovo qui per vedere se la nostra esperienza non era un'eccezione. Un'altra volta, forse."

"Bellissimo posto ristrutturato di recente, cucina ottima di piatti tradizionali e non. Di recente sono passato due volte, la prima volta ho preso un antipasto di carpaccio ottimo, la porzione un po' leggera per i miei gusti, poi degli gnocchi e l'agnello, entrambe molto buoni, porzioni giuste. La seconda volta ho preso un menù tradizione, che comprende spaghetti integrali al ragù bianco, buonissimi e di porzione giusta, goulasch di cervo con polenta e mirtilli rossi, anche quello ottimo, ed un dolce a scelta compreso. I camerieri sono stati tutti molto gentili e il conto è medio alto ma comunque da aspettarsi per un posto di questo genere"

"I went to this place on Friday evening with my partner and my daughter. We had a wonderful evening in a comfortable and friendly environment. Despite the packed house on Friday, they reserved a table for us in the central room with chairs (providedly requested the evening before , we took two mozzarella in carrozza (really, really good , two Pan bauletti (with vignarola and vitello tonnato... Incredible and two first courses (an amatriciana and a truly magnificent cacio e pepe . We asked the waiters to help us with our choice and I must say that we didn't regret it at all. Informed and well-mannered staff, products with truly quality ingredients, all accompanied by a liter of blonde from the bucket, now iconic in the place and which never disappoints. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful evening, absolutely worth repeating!"

"Ristorante classico romano che serve cibo reale che non troverete nei luoghi più turistici. Detto questo, il mio Bucatini Amatriciana era straordinariamente buono e popolare in tutta Roma. Chewy/soft con perfezione guanciale croccante. Il nostro antipasto di cippolini ha avuto una croccante fuori, una leggera salsa cremosa e formaggio ed era dolcemente cipolla in avanti. Bello. Non abbiamo provato l'intestino velico (da bovini alimentati al latte), il cervello di vitello, o gli altri veri classici romani. La prossima volta! "Il ristorante si trova proprio di fronte all'ingresso della cattedrale. Ambiente sofisticato sia per l'arredamento che per il cibo. ingredienti di prima scelta e la giusta combinazione di tradizionale e moderno. "Sono capitata per caso in questo ristorantino, davvero carino e accogliente.Mi è piaciuta molto l'accoglienza per mettermi a mio agio, e la possibilità di scegliere tra la sala fumatori, quella con aria condizionata interna e quella nella terrazza esterna dove i bambini di una famigliola avevano anche lo spazio per giocare. Il locale appare molto pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli, menù giornaliero più menù standard dove scegliere un grande assortimento di piatti per tutti i gusti. L'antipasto di mare della casa è innovativo, finalmente lontano dai soliti antipasti e dai soliti sapori che si trovano ovunque. Ottimo l'accostamento dei vari ingredienti dove delle fettine di pane fritte a forma di fiori croccanti, si tuffano in un sugo di fagioli e cozze, interessante le verdure a julien nella salsa yogurt greca leggermente speziata con aglio e davvero ottima mangiata sola o con i fritti, un tocco davvero innovativo il pane sardo carasau cotto a modalità barchetta croccante per ospitare un'insalata di mare simile ad altre ma con quel tocco in più che davvero non guasta, come non guasta il tradizionale nella melanzana arrotolata, innovativi i ravioli fatti da loro fritti. Il locale vanta la propria pasta fatta in casa. Persino il semplice patè di fegato servito con crostini e bagna caudà è diventato la pace del palato nel suo sapore dolce e profumato. Insomma un antipasto che è orgasmo per il palato, gli occhi e il cuore, senza parlare della pancia piena che non poteva mancare di assaggiare l'amaro della casa, poco amaro, per niente dolce ma super buono... Una nota speciale al cuoco che ha voluto accettare la sfida della Amatriciana più buona del lazio. Voto 8. Sugo abbondante e cremoso, guanciale di ottima qualità croccante ma non bruciato, emozionante vedere la luce nei suoi occhi mentre accettava la sfida e l'entusiasmo mentre sfumava la cottura con fiamme alte un metro dal piano di cottura con la cucina appena a vista... unica pecca, rigatoni incollati tra loro, forse una girata in più non ci stava male, ma nel complesso veramente ottimo... Ottimo anche il conto... per tutto quello che ho mangiato ho speso veramente poco, ottimi prodotti di qualità, pertanto qualità e prezzo impeccabili..."

"Lovely little place that was recommended to us by our italian host. Fresh food with a lot of seasonal offers. The waitress was very kind and gave us her recommendations. I can highly recommend the seasonal pasta with artichoke puree and bacon. Others were very happy with the pasta with lamb ragout. Also the antipasti are divine. It had a very fair price for the great quality of the food. Roughly 40€ for 2 people with antipasti, main course, house wine and water. You have to have a reservation though as it is otherwise full quickly. The only downside was, that it was a bit loud due to one big group of people. That is probably not every time though."

"Attended for an organized dinner, after a work commitment. There were many of us and the place is welcoming even in the case of large groups. The service needs to be improved a little in this case with a fixed menu and with the aim of offering a varied tasting of Roman cuisine. "Eufrosino osteria attaccato alla nota pizzeria a rota. Questa è stata la mia prima volta e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente impressionato. La mia opinione sarà basata essenzialmente su due piatti tradizionali romani, pasta al forno con salsa di coda, e polpette bollite con sughi correlati, prezzemolo e la loro salsa di maionese. Per quanto riguarda le polpette, non c'è davvero nulla da dire, la carne triturata è saporita e cotta alla perfezione con l'aggiunta di patate, mortadella e pecorino, anche la panificazione era eccellente, anche se sottile, era molto croccante al palato. Poi la lasagne con salsa di coda. "Reluctantly (because my Dar bottarolo experiences in other locations have always been positive) unfortunately I put this review on this specific restaurant for a more than negative experience! We leave the restaurant turning to the cashier who gives a bill of around 25 euros per person! When asking for explanations as to why I didn 't pay €19.90 given that the method I chose was the pos. I was told that it was a new restaurant that had previously been under different management and they were adopting this system because they were getting people used to paying less. What??? Absurd and non-logical answer. I conclude with the young lady who took the order and who is at the reservations and then at the checkout, with chewing gum in her mouth and I won 't comment on her further. The only positive note??? The waitress of foreign origin."
