"La mia esperienza al ristorante Patzenfeld è stata complessivamente mista e alla fine disilludente. Il servizio cordiale era nella media. Un'illustrazione del menu del giorno sarebbe stata utile. Il pane del coperto consisteva in panini avanzati dal buffet della colazione. Va bene in termini di sostenibilità. I vini venivano serviti in porzioni da 1 dl, che ho trovato sproporzionate considerando il prezzo di 10 €/bicchiere (Merlot, categoria di bottiglia intorno ai 30-40 €). La qualità del cibo era buona, con una preparazione soddisfacente. La presentazione dei piatti era basata sullo stile della cucina alta, ma con un'esecuzione solo nella media in termini di apparecchiatura. La varietà di salse, tra cui riduzioni, fumet, mousseline e crema, così come le verdure sbollentate e flambé, dimostravano una cucina ambiziosa. Tuttavia, le tecniche di preparazione erano semplici e mancava varietà nella consistenza. Un po' di attenzione culinaria "saluti dalla cucina" non è stata data. In sintesi, accettabile, ma le mie aspettative per un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello non sono state soddisfatte. La gastronomia altoatesina è un ricco mix di storia, tradizione e approcci culinari creativi. Il ristorante Patzenfeld non si distingue dalla media in questi aspetti. I ristoranti più umili della zona non sono inferiori a Patzenfeld per qualità e raffinatezza. Un po' di riservatezza nella proposta di alta cucina sarebbe utile per l'autenticità del ristorante."

"Wir suchten etwas nicht so teures, aber nettes Restaurant. Durch Zufall sahen wir den schönen Innenhof. Aber da es den ganzen Tag nur regnete, war es Mitte Oktober kühl. Wir saßen drinnen , es war ein Wintergarten, und froren ohne Jacke. Das Kinder-Menü war okay, die Margherita lecker. Aber für 2 Vorspeisen, 1 Margherita, 1 Kinder-Menü und 3 Getränke finde ich 48€ viel Geld. Ein Latte Machiato kostete 3€, Fanta/Sprite 0.5l 4.50€. Der (Ober?)Kellner wirkte auf mich blasiert, die Kellnerin war freundlich. Sie sprach gut deutsch, am Nachbartisch sprachen Kellner und Kellnerin englisch mit den Gästen."

"Hello, today I went to this bar looks amazing, the view is amazing, the food look amazing the aperol was very good, but I m paying to be bad treated? Humm not very nice, if people don’t want work or they don t like what they do is better to neither go work, the young girl that work there is pretty rude, but this for us that are tourists, zero attention , zero sympathy, when I ask something for eat, for drink even the password of internet , the answer and the attitude terrible ! After I order a panini the same as the other table was eating, when arrive the bread was totally different and hard like a rock , I ask this girl waitress why my bread is different, and she 10x more rude told me that I could choose another one and say that in the menu, I check in the menu and indeed say on the top, but I think by myself maybe I m wrong, but I order one panini if the restaurant have different types of bread in the moment I order they should ask me which one I want, and not take a guess and bring whatever they want , but to be worst I notice that who was eating and even people who order this panini after have all the same bread just me have this one that look like a rock! And I don t listen a sorry nothing, she just turn my back and go to her life. Everyone is different but I don t deserve being treated like this with my family, and I m a guest and I m paying. "The restaurant itself is in a secluded area that most likely is beautiful during summer, with grape wines on top of the outside seating area, a lot of greenery and even a pond with live turtles hence a star for atmosphere, however when we were seated we were given quite stained water wine glasses and not polished cutlery as well. The main menu had crumbs stains on it too, and the paper wine list had dry wine drops over it. The place only had a few tables in at the time so they definitely could've cleaned everything properly. The menu list was quite large which is already quite alarming for a restaurant as that means most food is not served fresh. We asked for recommendations and the waitress told us it was scrigno tagliolini with ham, Parmesan and cream €16), that was chef's special that we are not able to get anywhere else. I decided to go for it and it ended up being the worst dish in our group. It was served in a ceramic plate covered in cheese with grilled top, underneath with overcooked pasta drenched in oily mediocre cheese sauce with some tiny bits of ham. After bringing our food the waitress didn't ask how it was and just disappeared so I had to wait until everyone else was finished and she came back to clear the plates. Thankfully they took it off the bill. My friends were quite hungry so they ate what they ordered but it wasn't good either. We asked for tap water but were brought bottled water €2.50 in the menu) but were charged €3 each and were given some excuse that price wasn't updated in the menu yet. Same with my friend's steak, it was listed as €22 in the menu we were given but they charged €24 and waitress showed us another menu with different price after we asked about the difference in the bill so watch out as you can be scammed over already overpriced food. 2 friends had salmon avocado salad €14) plain salad leaves with a few tiny bits of smoked salmon, no dressing/sauce or seasoning whatsoever. One friend had steak and asked for medium but his meat was not just pink but red raw in the middle. Very disappointed in the food overall and they definitely should change both their kitchen and front of house staff. One of my friends is a native Italian speaker so can't blame anything on them on the staff not understanding English."

"Mi sono trovato per lavoro a Imperia e navigando nel web ho trovato questo ristorante. Tavoli apparecchiati con tovaglia e tovaglioli in stoffa, tavolino un po' piccolo per metterci tre persone ma va be'. Locale pulito intimo piccolino tutto sommato bellino. Bagno pulito. Una pecca è il solito posto vicino alla porta d'entrata che essendo in inverno non tutti i commensali la chiudevano bene. La cameriera impreparata a ogni domanda, diceva ma c'è scritto sul menù? Anche per la scelta dei vini sembrava che io dovessi conoscere tutte le cantine e i vini d'Italia. Comunque alla fine ho scelto una grigliata di pesce e un fritto di calamari che ho diviso con il mio collega. Le porzioni sono da ristorante quindi non abbondantissime ma va bene. Alla richiesta dell' olio e del sale per condire la mia grigliata mi sono dovuto alzare io cercare la cameriera e poi scusandosi per non averli portati li voleva portare assolutamente lei al tavolo. Comunque sia la griglia che il fritto buoni. Il mio collega ha preso i gnocchi in bianco con calamari e per i gnocchi non bene molto stopposi. Lista dei vini divisa per regione bene anche se come detto prima non era in grado di consigliarmi. Non so se ci tornerò comunque quello che ho scelto io era buono"

Anche quando il piatto è toccato il tavolo, è sparita immediatamente... Alla mia bimba è piaciuta tantissimo! Deliziosa, diversa dal solito. Il nostro ordine è stato: 1 bicchiere di prosecco, 1 acqua naturale e 1 coca-cola, gnocco fritto con salumi e formaggi (una porzione è buona per 2/3 persone), ci hanno portato del pane e dei pezzi di focaccia fatti da loro, 2 pizze: 1 Margherita con würstel per la mia bambina e una La Giovi (pizza con pomodoro San Marzano, mozzarella fior di latte, crema di carciofi, burrata e pancetta fresca aromatizzata al miele), una lasagna anch'essa fatta da loro e una fetta di meringa. Tutto molto buono! E il prezzo eccezionale per qualità/prezzo! Che dire... Torneremo! Parcheggio: proprio di fronte alla pizzeria c'è tanto parcheggio gratuito...
