"I really recommend this restaurant! We had dinner several evenings at La Fenice during the Easter holidays. Our daughter has celiac disease and was also able to eat typical dishes such as Sorrento gnocchi, which were exceptional. Abundant, delicious dishes with and without gluten, the pizza delicious (we recommend the buffalo, also for celiacs with homemade dough no disco). What about the desserts... amazing: the lemon delight is unsurpassed. Compliments to the chef! Very friendly staff and excellent service. Absolutely must try!"

"Flew in from Boston and just came off a three night stay in Venice. Checked out all the great reviews of In Buffalo and decided to go for dinner. The whole experience was top notch. Our waiter was hands down the BEST! In the end we bonded with Fabio so much, we wanted to take him home with us, it was like I’ve known him for years. The Manager was also very classy and professional and couldn’t thank us enough for coming in. On top of that, the food was exceptional, couldn’t get enough of it. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Sorrento, you won’t be dissapointed! We will be back."

"Classic Italian cuisine. Very good location two minutes from the Rialto Bridge, away from the flow of tourists. Fast service and friendly waiters. Prices are plus/minus average for Venice. Local wines are surprisingly expensive. The only thing that slightly overshadowed the visit to the trattoria was a small scam : While we were waiting for our order, the waiter came (not the one who took the order and silently put one, somewhat stale, bun on everyone’s plate. We thought it was a compliment from the establishment. We didn 't even eat them. But they were included in our bill 2.5 euros each! A trifle, but the sediment remained. But perhaps this is local color. In principle, I recommend this establishment."

"Un bel posto, abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene anche se le porzioni erano un po' piccole e la frittura non era molto croccante, ma nel complesso buono. Ci è piaciuta anche la pizza, simile a quella della penisola, con poca crosta croccante e non molto sottile. Il mio amico ha detto che i ravioli di pesce erano spettacolari. "I had ink pasta, steak, and fried squid. There were so many Chinese customers during the time we were there that it was so noisy that we thought we were in a Chinese restaurant As time passed, more Italian customers arrived and the atmosphere changed The food overall was delicious, but the steak was so salty and seasoned that the ink pasta did not taste like oil pasta. The fried squid is a bit bland as it is served with just raw lemon and no sauce."

Outside on their window, the statement was partially blacked out. "First time coming to this location, and it was phenomenal. Upon arriving, we were seated immediately with a wonderful wine recommendation we got for the table. The dishes were spectacularly flavored and executed exquisitely with prompt delivery and removal of courses.
