"Overall we were very disappointed with our experience. Seated at 13.00 and wine eventually brought at 14.20. No vegetarian option? How can this be in 2021! Our vegetarian guest had to ask what could be provided; the best they could do was a bowl of pasta with some broccoli on top (hardly acceptable for a City of London eatery in this modern era). When the food did arrive the order had been incorrectly taken and one of the group had to have the chicken instead of the fish that he had ordered. Some of the group were happy with their main courses but others complained that their dishes were quite bland. It is unlikely that we shall return."

I booked lunch for four at 14.00 and had to wait 45 minutes for our table. Unacceptable!

Good food, pleasant staff, good ambience, very clean toilets. Somewhat noisy but pleased it was busy, the last time we went it was nearly empty.

Very good venue for a business lunch; great location, food and service. The one detractor is that it is very loud, but this is a function of it being very busy and popular I suppose. I will definitely return.

Beautiful room. The cocktails were excellent. Service was attentive without being intrusive. I had the ham hock which was tasty. Loved the choice in the the bread basket. The almond ice cream was the best ice cream I have ever had.

Terrible. Service was atrocious, when there was any. Lots of very self important men strutting around doing little and a couple of very harried waitresses trying to do everything. Had to flag someone down to order, after 15 minutes waiting. One coffee didn't arrive so had to order again. When food did arrive it was barely warm and the scrambled eggs tasted grainy and unpleasant. Not going back here and I do a fair amount of business breakfasts. I was shocked at how bad this was.
