"I had ordered a table on the app for the 50th birthday. a confirmation email will follow immediately. we were looking forward to the evening. arrived in the restaurant, they could not find our booking. I showed my confirmation email, but it was not found. the restaurant was booked. the personal service asked us to get a table for us. the table was separated from the other guests in the breakfast area of the hotel. after the unfortunate we ordered our food and hoped that the evening will end nicely. my man and my children ordered a carving with a sweet potato gratin in a price class of 25 €. the waiting period until eating was normal. Unfortunately we had to complain about the carvings when they were salted. we called the waiter and this we explained with the kitchen, whereupon a free softdrink or a coffee was offered to us. I was not satisfied with it, of course I didn't want to eat it for free, I wanted satisfied and satisfied guests. at this price-performance level I also expected another service. after another complaining at the responsible waiter we got three new dishes, which were now a bit sober, but in contrast to the first carvings were completely in order. our evening did not find a nice end. I hope that such situations will only remain isolated. we ourselves cannot recommend this restaurant."
