The service wad good and the crispy duck with vegetables was excellent. To top it all the price is very reasonable. The quantities were so big that I couldnt manage a desert. They speak English if your German or Cantonese is rusty.

European adaptation of a Chinese restaurant; always crowded and quite noisy; food is not the lightest to digest; waiters are trying their best to be helpful but not necessary able to explain much; apparently impossible to get a fresh salad, all is cooked or over cooked

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been too. There's a large selection of items, but this restaurant won me over when I saw lamb on the menu. There are very few restaurants in Edmonton, Vancouver, or Victoria that I know of that serve lamb. The staff is friendly and the place is one of the cleanest I've eaten at. Visualizza piatti

Family dinner, two young kids. Sauted noodles were good if a bit greasy (where aren't they...?), crispy duck tasty. Vegetables were heavy on bamboo shoots. Breaded and fried shrimp with similar veggie base were fine. Steamed rice too mushy for my taste. Still, it was a decent and fresh meal. Extra points for quick and friendly service.

I have used this restaurant for the last 5 years when we stop over at Karlsruhe on the the way to Austria. We have always enjoyed the food and up to now the service has been good. However, on our last visit on 21 December 2014 we were served by a waiter with an arrogant and totally unhelpful attitude that ruined our evening. However, the food that we eventually received was of good quality and enjoyable. I

The restaurant staff were very friendly. English menus and English speaking staff were available as well.I ordered take away and it was nice. I have had Chinese in china as well as in the USA. The food served here is much like the USA. It's less flavorful and seasoned as authentic Chinese food. My co worker ate in and said that they served the best roasted duck he has ever eaten. This restaurant (as many other asian restaurants) offers europeanized versions of the actual dishes… This is usually not my option. I have a list of transcribed names of the original Chinese dishes and try to ask if they have some of them)) Of course there is a menu in Chinese, but you need to know how to read it… The atmosphere is really good, no doubt!!! I would have given this place 'excellent' rating, but I don't just because they don't serve any real Chinese salads. Those I found on the menu were just like from some german restaurant.

This is a very good chinese restaurant where I visited once with mycolleagues during a short stay at the nearby Mariott hotel. Therestaurant is huge in size and the interior is very nicely decoratedwith a big fish aquarium in the middle and also noticed a few samuraiswords stacked beautifully in one place. The food was very tasty and Iloved the fish starters very much. The inside of the restaurant wasvery cosy even with heavy snowing outside. The owner was a Asian ladywho was very hospitable and personally checked with us if we liked thefood and whether everything was alright.

We in town at a hotel across the road and were hungry. While i was a bit late in the evening for Chinese meal a bunch of us decided to go there. The entrance is a bit weird, going up all kinds of steps inside the building, but after that the setting is quite nice. They have menus in English which is good because trying to talk in English to a Chinese waitress in Germany can present a challenge. The menu is more or less the standard menu you would find anywhere else. We had spring rolls that were very tasty, various beef and chicken dishes which were all very good too, the noodles were nicely done and all the flavors were just right, not too strong and not too bland.Service was reasonable as...
