99 Sushi Hermosilla

Local elegante y a la vez acogedor! Fui con mi pareja y nos gustó mucho! Las porciones son correctas y la calidad excelente! Buena atención. Ordenamos una botella de vino blanco, para picar unos langostinos tempura, 2 maki sushi y de postre Rocher 99.

La comida no defrauda. La calidad, desde mi punto de vista, es muy buena. El sitio es agradable. La unica pega, las 2 ultimas veces que he ido, el servicio me ha parecido un poco flojo; se han olvidado de algún plato, esperas entre uno y otro demasiado largas, mesas esperando y camareros de charla…el sitio es muy recomendable, pero creo que el servicio es algo a mejorar.

La tempura de langostino tigre es espectacular. En general la materia prima es excelente… El restaurante me parece bastante regular, no a la altura de la atmósfera que se espera en esa zona y el precio que vas a pagar. El servicio… bueno… en un sitio así espero que me dejen tomar una copa hasta la hora que quiera y después de una cuenta de cientos de euros… una pena, el trato debería ser mejor. Visualizza piatti

I am a foreign customer of this restaurant!With all this time of pandemic I had not visited it.This place is like the good wines!better with the years. Un bonito lugar con una buena atención personal. Lo peor en este sentido es que en la zona de salón acristalado donde estuvimos era bastante ruidosa. Los platos que probamos estaban bien preparados y muy ricos. Recomiendo tempura de langostino tigre y el postre Rocher 99. Lo demás que probamos, aunque no estaba mal, no lo recomiendo como destacable (gyozas de jabalí, gunkan sushi de huevas de salmón). La visita fue muy buena en general. La atención 10/10. Siempre pendientes y muy amables. Fuimos en un grupo grande y pedimos un poco de todo. La calidad del pescado es espectacular. Las entradas son bastante diversas pero dentro de ellas no hay nada que me parezca demasiado original. Los rolls ofrecen aún menos variedad. El arroz y el pescado estaba espectacular pero no hubieron combinaciones de sabor que me dejaron queriendo probar más. La verdad es un lugar muy bueno, de los mejores en Madrid. Sin embargo, al tener precios tan elevados uno espera una diferencia más grande.
