Le hamburger du poulailler était très bon. Mon choix s’est porté sur la demi-saucisse de Morteau, l’aspect était appétissant, hélas elle n’avait aucun goût. Pour couper court à toute remarque, en couple avec une franc-comtoise depuis 20 ans, j’ai eu l’occasion d’en manger très souvent. Mon coup de cœur ira à la tarte Tatin."

Endroit très chaleureux, avec un décor kitch mais qui donne l impression d être dans une maison de famille. Personnel aux petits soins, en formation pour certains mais parfaitement encadré. Sur le repas vol au vent saucisse et cancoillotte (original) et filet de truite poulsard conseillé.... La Franche comté s exprime au travers de ce menu....
