I came to eat there one afternoon. I had the morbier toast and without regret it was excellent. The waitress is really nice. The decoration of the restaurant is really great. Nous logions à l’hôtel Le Lac et avions réservé notre 2e dîner dans ce magnifique restaurant au cadre montagnard chic (dans l’esprit des Stub suisses et autrichiennes . La cuisine est excellente (fondues, tartiflette au Metsi, truite puis les desserts déjà approchés la veille au restaurant Le Lac . Les deux serveuses sont d’une rare gentillesse (et bien entendu efficaces! . À recommander.

We decided to make this a place to visit after we saw it on Rick Steins Secret France being fans of cheese. It’s next door to the Hotel Le Lac opposite the car parking. Staff were polite and patient as we struggled to get our NHS covid passes to work. Menu was via QR code on the table. Service was great and food was fantastic. We tried to go back for lunch Thursday but found it closed. So may be worth checking before you travel but it was so close to we’re we were staying it wasn’t a problem. Visualizza piatti
