"Port de Centuri is the spiny lobster (langouste) capital of Corsica it seems as every restaurant has it on its menu. We ate at A Macciotta and this must be the place to go for spaghetti lobster , it's cooked in grandma's special tomato sauce and is delicious. A most wonderful lunch on the terrace overlooking the little port. Be sure to ask for the terrace table at the far end with the view over the port, idyllic!"
