"I had a terrible service when I ordered a takeaway. It was so delayed and restaurant was not taking the delay seriously. Owner was very rude and he was ridiculing me when I was complaining about the delay as such this is normal in restaurant . Funny thing is that I have reached at least 5 minutes after the time given by Restaurant and they didn't have the manners to let me know about the delay and I had to waste my time waiting for a long time. I am expecting better customer service. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

This restaurant offers the most authentic Indian Bengali cuisine in the UK, surpassing many well-known establishments in London! I had a takeout dinner, and the price per person was around £70-80. Highly recommended!

We had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant. I ordered two different dishes, but both were served with the same sauce. The portions were small and the containers were only half full. My partner chose the biryani, which had very few vegetables and barely any chicken on the bone. We won't be returning for another meal. Food: 1, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 1.
