Afternoon tea at Flemings Mayfair

I stayed at the Flemings Hotel on a business trip and booked a tiny single room Upon check in I was upgraded to a deluxe single room.

I stayed here for three nights recently, and it was a lovely experience! I loved the style of our room and the rest of the hotel - it was a mixture of cool

Had afternoon tea here was awful stale bread , chewy beef , when we asked the waitress what types of bread were served as one was very dark she didn't have a clue . Scones were stale and tea was weak and cold would certainly...not recommend it . Visualizza piatti

I had a great time at the restaurant. There were plenty of delicious options to choose from on the menu. The service was top-notch from the moment we walked in. The hotel's decor is stunning and creates a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Since there were nine people in our group, we ironically chose to only order main courses for lunch in an effort to expedite the meal. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. We had to wait a full 10 minutes to be served. However, when the food finally arrived, everything was delicious, especially the Scottish Venison that I ordered.

A group of friends visited the restaurant and received excellent service from start to finish. The staff was helpful and every dish we ordered, especially the truffle pasta, was outstanding. The starters were great and all my friends were happy with their meals. The desserts were unique and the soufflé was perfect. We highly recommend trying this restaurant. 5 stars. Visualizza piatti

We were totally delighted with our tea time experience in the drawing room of Flemings Hotel Mayfair. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we could not have been better looked after. The tea option we chose had vegetarian sandwiches which were quite obviously freshly...made, and the Champagne was delicious with a lovely bouquet. The home made scones, jam and pastries were a delight.

I understand there are two afternoon tea services here. One in the drawing room and another in Shaun Rankin's Ormer Restaurant. I've always wanted to stay in Flemings and this was a stop-gap birthday treat until next December when I have booked in to stay...a night. We had a voucher for the drawing room, with champagne, an excellent choice of teas and some delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones. We've had a few teas in London and this was certainly comparable to and better than most. Service, ambiance etc. was excellent. Only downside was I asked to take away the uneaten cakes. There was actually only one completely untouched, I had cut the others in half to share with my wife. I was extreme...

Booked champagne afternoon tea for two. Lovely cosy drawing room with log fire and pretty decor. Concierge was welcoming and took us through to the drawing room where he proceeded to have to make small talk with us for around minutes whilst we waited...for someone to come to show us to our table. No table had been made ready for us despite us having a prior booking and we had been seated for over minutes before we were given a menu to chose out choice of teas. I had pre-booked the champagne afternoon tea and there was a considerable delay in us ordering our tea before we received the champagne and other soft drinks ordered.
