Proprietari disponibilissimi ad ogni nostra richiesta, posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro di Ragusa che il mare (Marina di Ragusa, Scicli, Sampieri). Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima Location immersa nella natura, perfetta per una vacanza all’insegna del relax! Buona colazione, e meravigliosa cena, tutto fatto in casa… personale cordiale e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

We visited the restaurant for lunch. The food and wine were incredible. It is all home made and the portions are very generous. The service was very helpful and friendly. Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti qui con la famiglia e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa, Francesca e Massimo sono stati padroni di casa fantastici, abbiamo avuto deliziose colazioni e una meravigliosa cena italiana con vino. Un'atmosfera familiare e accogliente. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli e a soli 15 minuti di auto da Marina di Ragusa e dalla spiaggia.

Our hotel recommended Agriturismo Al Casale and our evening there will live forever in our memories. With very little English spoken we had around 7 courses of delicious home made Sicilian food presented to us. Antipasto, breads, tasting plates, pastas, meats, salad and desserts .... and wine. We couldn't eat another mouthful and had to decline coffee. We sat outside with groups of other diners and felt spoilt. It was an amazing and extremely reasonably priced Sicilian experience.

Abbiamo prenotato questo agriturismo per un pasto durante il nostro soggiorno in famiglia. Si trova in un posto molto bello tra i campi ed è una splendida vecchia fattoria, molto accogliente soprattutto con l'illuminazione dopo il tramonto. Il menu è ben prezzato e il servizio molto disponibile. Gli antipasti sono un mix di formaggi, salumi ma anche una piccola zuppa. La pasta con ricotta e salsa di pomodoro è deliziosa. Non siamo rimasti molto impressionati, al contrario, dal dessert che è una gelatina tradizionale. Importante per le famiglie: c'è un bel parco giochi proprio accanto alla zona dei pasti. Abbiamo avuto un tempo favoloso qui. Un ottimo posto dove stare se si desidera visitare le location del Commissario Montalbano! La famiglia è stata davvero cordiale e disponibile. Nulla era troppo complicato. Una camera spaziosa e pulita con area esterna per sedersi. Ci hanno persino prestato un caricabatterie per il telefono! È stato divertente parlare un mix di italiano e inglese con l'aiuto della traduzione sui telefoni cellulari. La piscina sembrava incantevole ed era stata preparata per noi, ma sfortunatamente non abbiamo avuto il tempo di usarla. We were very lucky with finding the place (after we visited Ragusa thanks to the instructions and photos on their website. The place itself is wonderful, relaxing and welcoming. The eating area is very cosy and very clean. There is only one person doing the service, but you did not have a wait at all. He did a very good job and was very very friendly! The food was sublime! No menu, so each course was a surprise, which we found very good. Antipasti were very nice... Warm ricotta on the side... It was so delicious, I had another one : although I knew there was a lot more stuff coming. Ravioli with ricotta was delicious, another pasta with egg plant was bit salty for me, but also nice. Al Casale is fairly remote being about 15 kilometres inland from Marina di Ragusa but definitely worth seeking out if you are in area. As part of a group of 19 staying in the nearby Villa Zinna we had booked Al Casale for dinner. A fabulous courtyard setting under the olive trees for the most amazing meal. Starting at 20:30 we were treated to course after course of Sicilian cuisine for two and half hours. We lost count of the number of dishes but it must have been about 12 served over 8 courses. By half way through most of us were full and few managed to reach the end of the gastronomic tour of Sicily.
