"Meine Familie und ich 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder hatten einen Tisch für Sonntagmittag reserviert. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen und vorne warteten, wurden wir gleich vom Wirt ? angemacht „ich kann Ihnen heute nicht helfen !“. Kein Hallo, kein Guten Tag, es wurde gleich losgemotzt. Meine Frau erwiderte „wir haben aber reserviert“, darauf die grummelige Antwort „ja dann, kann aber alles lange dauern, bin alleine !“ Wir durften uns dann an einen freien Tisch setzen und haben gewartet, dass man uns die Karte bringt. Es dauerte 5 Minuten, dann 10 Minuten, dann 15 Minuten: uns wurde weder eine Karte gebracht, noch hätten wir bestellen können, es war einfach kein Wirt/keine Bedienung zu sehen. Nach fast 20 Minuten sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen. Das Essen mag gut sein, aber der Service bzw. der Respekt seinen zahlenden Gästen gegenüber verdient 0 Sterne !!! Es mag sein, dass der Tag stressig war, weil Personal ausgefallen war, aber man kann trotzdem nett und freundlich sein. Ein vernünftiges Schildern der Situation wäre bei uns auf Verständnis gestoßen. Aber so war der erste Eindruck eine Vollkatastrophe."
