Very nice local restaurant that serves good Lebanese food not readily available in the area. Since going there, we have used for takeaways and continue to enjoy the food.

that was my first visit to the restaurant, as recommended by a friend who had visited it when it first opened. However, I must say for a first impression that eating was great, but the customer service dropped it off. it seemed as if they had had had short staff, as we had to ask for different times, and they would still not deliver. I found the bareman to be rude, as there was no waiter available, so my friend called him to ask for water, even though he had heard them, he wanted to ignore them.

the review must include three aspekte: 1-food, 2-service, 3-ambiente. I compare this with edgeware road outlets! first eating: main dishes were good, but the appetizers were much under the brand. milkshakes were excellent but they do not go to Lebanese restaurants to have milkshake! second was the reservation: excellent, the waiter went out of the way to serve and were available whenever necessary. you expect some decor when you're with the family. but their regular clientele seemed happy, so we were the strange ones. the low quality of food and ambiente has more than compensated the otherwise excellent service level.
