Really bad service. Last time we sat right next to the counter, we had to scream and wave every time we wanted order while the waiters were busy chatting with each other.

The Alex is more if a cafe and not a restaurant. Simple food quickly prepared to fill someone’s stomach. Not that it was bad and for sure pkay for the kids but not for serious eating : At least a good place to observe the...entertaining crowd in BS

A good place in Braunschweig to sit and drink or eat something good and not so expensive. The sandwiches were really good and the service was also nice. Definitely a place to eat after make some shopping in the near streets or at the Schloss...Arkaden shopping mall

I had to have a place for dinner with two non-veg colleagues and stumbled on this restaurant online. Your online menu made the search for vegan options very easy and the stuff was also knowledgeable. I had a superfood salad, with a very nice salad dressing for a fair price. The colleagues were also satisfied with their food. The atmosphere is good for after work drinks.

Ordered a milk shake with popcorn. After drinking noticed in the menu that it should be with popcorn and that there was no popcorn in mine..just told it to the waiter. So finally when I was already done they gave me a veryvery small plate...with popcorns in it. I said “thank you but I finished the shake “. The waiter answered nothing... it was a very disrespectful gesture... the level of service is low

We got there by accident but it seemed to be really popular place for locals to meet. The restaurant was full. It's good for two as well as for bigger groups. Food: The food was really good and fresh. We had two main meals veggiesomething...and flamkuchen, two teas and one soft drink and we paid Euro what a nice surprise. Place: Nice, comfortable and adapted for handicapped people. Service: Fast and furious: No, seriously nice and quick I would go there again without apprehension

We came for Subday brunch. Early start and quickly filling up on a sunny morning. The buffet was very diverse and inviting. Unfortunately looking closer we found the cheap price showed its results in the food and drinks. Articial, industrial Mozzarella, scrambled eggs...made from powder, watered down orange juice etc. made the price attractive but not the food. Service quite chaotic with at least waiters showing up. At least a good place to observe strange people and the loud crowd on the streets. We‘ll try the neighbor next time

Kulinarisch ist das Alex in Ordnung. Nicht besser und nicht schlechter als andere Filialien.Leider ist das Personal nicht so auf der Höhe. Man wartet oftmals schon sehr lange. Ich habe hier schon erlebt das Leute nach 30 Minuten warten einfach gegangen sind und mich das Personal anschließend gefragt hat wo die Gäste hin sind die gerade bestellt haben. 30 Minuten für vier Bier sind schlichtweg zu lang. Nichtsdestotrotz sind alle immer sehr freundlich. Das Problem scheint das viele Mitarbeiter oft noch keine Erfahrung haben und so schnell die Überischt verlieren. Gut ist aber das Frühstücksbuffet. Hier gibt es eine ordentliche Auswahl zu einem günstigen Preis.

Ich war mit meinen Kollegen zum Abendessen dort. In meinen Augen ging es nicht mehr viel schlechter. - bei 2 von 3 Bestellungen hat die Hälfte gefehlt - fehlende Zutaten (zum Beispiel das Hähnchen zum Salat) wurden erst nachgereicht, als ich mit dem Salat fertig war - das nachgereichte Hähnchen wurde dann noch auf der Rechnung extra berechnet - Kollege hat um Pfeffer gebeten (4x) und nach dem 5x (ca. 15min später) Zimt bekommen - das Essen musste neu bestellt werden und kam erst eine halbe Stunde später, aber auch nur noch mit der Portionsmenge welche vorher noch auf dem Teller war...- Tisch wurde erst nach zweimaligem nachfragen abgewischt - alles in allem hat das Personal einen sehr ungesc...
