"We had a really enjoyable Sunday lunch at a restaurant that was recommended to us by other family members who had eaten there before. We were not disappointed at all! We started with a delicious curried cauliflower soup followed by tandoori cauliflower bhajees, a hearty meat platter, Yorkshire pudding, and crispy bratkartoffeln. On top of that, we ordered a roasted carrot and pork dish which was highly recommended by our family members, and it did not disappoint. The food was all very tasty and we will definitely be returning to St. Leonards. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who were not intrusive. We also heard that their breakfast and brunch menu is worth trying out."

A perfect night's stay in a very comfortable period room with all mod-cons. An amazing breakfast (included in the rate) of wild mushrooms on toasted bread. Super friendly staff throughout the stay.

The food, service, and wine were all excellent. As locals, this was the best meal we've had in West Malling. It was our first visit, a mother's day treat from my son, and we will definitely be returning. Oh, and the cocktails were delicious as well.

Beautiful restaurant had a lovely Sunday lunch, my wife who loves her roast dinners was impressed (not easily done) so it has to be very good. We came a bit early but they were very accommodating. The food is delicious but the service from the hard working staff was exceptional . They were always smiling and set the right ambience will definitely be back.

The experience at this restaurant was simply fantastic. We had a wonderful Sunday dinner and wanted to express how much we enjoyed our three-course meal. It was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. Each dish had amazing flavors, was beautifully presented, and the service was top-notch. You don't need to travel to London to enjoy great food, it's all right here. Visualizza piatti

what a beautiful place! we escaped london for a night of peace and rest, and st leonards was not disappointed. perfectly positioned for a walk around the french of west malling, this is the ideal weekend trip. the room was spacious and yet cozy, and we loved the addition of the bath. the breakfast was included and as delicious as we hoped and I was happy to see that she had gluten-free bread as option. Top tip get a hot chocolate from the bar to take to her room at the end of the day!

delicious eating great service and drinks. fantastic restaurant with a lot of appetizers main and desserts. I visited a Sunday roast and it was just excellent. a choice of bark or lamb all with yorkshire puddings veg and kartoffeln. the menu had many options fish vegetarian and I would think each group would be more for that. the drink menu was also great and good wine list. service was excellent could not fail it and I would not have any problem to recommend st. leonard’s. would make a reservation to eat.

We loved our experience at St Leonard's in West Malling. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of their rooms for a couple of nights as well as having dinner and brunch in their restaurant. The room was lovely, very nicely decorated and well stocked. Nice and quiet and the bathroom was gorgeous. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Really stylish decor and the food was delicious: inventive and creative, cooked to perfection. My favourite was the dark chocolate fondant with plums. Would have eaten 10 if I could. Visualizza piatti

"We found The Hungry Guest after looking for a brunch somewhere in and around West Malling and decided to try it after hearing mixed reviews. On entrance the café is lovely and welcoming, big and very well stocked with artisan style breads and premium teas and sauces for sale. We were served by a very friendly member of the team who joked and laughed with us and was very happy and welcoming. Also to note regarding the service every member of staff asked how we were today, even the staff member who brought us our food and drinks, and little things like that do make a place memorable and special. We ordered and the first negative was the price. For a sausage sandwich, cheese twist (which in fairness was huge! , Caramel mocha and a cup of tea the total cost was £17. The tea was £2.75 (for a cup, not a pot! And the mocha was £4.50! Thought that these prices were a bit extortionate but paid and tried to enjoy it nonetheless. When our food arrived it was presented in an okay manor, nothing spectacular, which was a shame because I expected something special for £6.50 for sausage sandwich... The food was okay, the bread was good quality and the sausages were very good but I still struggle to justify the prices! The atmosphere in the place to me felt like it was half full with people who were just victims of daylight robbery... I wonder why. If you're in the area and want a good quality yet small breakfast for a premium price this place is perfect for you. However I doubt I will return. I will reiterate though that the staff were brilliant. Parking: There is no car park attached and road parking, which is always very busy, or parking in a paid car park further up the road is your only option however this is no fault of the café."
