we loved Amirah’s kitchen and definitely recommend a visit. Totalling up the digits brings our overall rating to a stonking 41/50 that just pips Spice Village to top our rankings. Only a short trip on the 219 from Tooting High Street, it’s definitely Wands-worth it.

blatantly dishonest. this restaurant advertises an express lunch menu of £8.95 both on its website and on a prominent metal board outside. too good to be true? so it has proved itself. we were not offered this menu when we visited this lunchtime. When we were asked, we were told that it was an action, the next week. the restaurant had only yesterday an express lunch menu on or next to its door. do not advertise menus if they have no intention to use them.

finally an amazing Indian in wandsworth. being Indian there is nothing I like more than a real Indian restaurant, and if I find one as good as this is here, I have to scream about it! Eating is very authentic, which is not surprising as I hear that the team are all india by high-end facilities. all street food in the offer, and they have cocktails on the menu. that is not your ordinary Indian. it has a really cool mood about it, somewhere I will go with my friends! I live in Clapham and it is rather hard to find a NICE authentic Indian restaurant. Was browsing for restaurants in and around Clapham and found this and really liked the menu so thought I'd check it out. Amirah's hit the spot! Beautiful curries the starters were immaculate- The food arrived a little late though! Loved the wine list wasn't expecting an extensive wine list to be honest. Definitely one of the best dining experiences and will book the first floor for my Birthday party.

Yes, once again we shamefully diverted our attention away from Tooting, but Tooting is in Wandsworth council and Wandsworth Town is only a short hop away, so we didn't feel so bad.
