Not sure what to make of it. The food tasted like from a jar diluted with water. Waiter midpoint put his phone on speaker and thought that was acceptable. Overpriced garbage food.

we did not order the appetizers that now seems to be regrettable, because the whole meal was one of the best we had in the age. Usually Indian meal times are tempered for the English preferences, but the meal we were served were very authentic and magnificent. even the humble “Kapati” was amazing. excellent customer service

I have eaten in numerous Indian restaurants in london, but the Tandoori chicken here is like no other place. also try tandoori chicken curry is that in the grunde tandoori huhn in hot curry sauce is absolutely fantastic. I've eaten over 20 times in amjadia. waiter are a bit hard to communicate, so the service is not on scratch, but food-wise I think that is one of the best Indian restaurants in the country

Over-priced, terrible food, added chilli to add heat because my partner and I are Indian (just making it hot is not a solution for poor Indian food) and poor, slow service. Pre-cooked meat curry sauce chilli NOT the way good Indian food is made. The only reason we went there was because there were lots of tables free on a Friday night (no surprise). There are several fake high-rating reviews (one review has put 8 x 5-star reviews). AVOID!

Having read the bad reviews I was somewhat reticent but arrived at 3pm for booking to a deserted restaurant surrounded by very busy venues. Thus first impressions not good. Food and service ok not the best but not the worst. A couple of curries with starters and a side dish a couple of beers and a couple of glasses of wine 130 quid. Let the tourists come and go but as a local I know hundreds of restaurants both better and certainly cheaper. It was deserted when I left too so this speaks volumes.

I was in london for a few hours to meet a friend of mine from work. we stumbled over this place while we search online for Indian restaurants. we went to lunch and just order the main course. we ordered dal tadka and butter huh together with naans. both I and my friend we loved the preparations. the ambiente of the place is quite common. although from the outside the restaurant looks very common, but it is very good when it comes to Indian food. pricing wise it is very budget friendly. I'm sure I'd be back to this place.

We ate here today and it was awful. The food was far too hot and inedible. It ruined any enjoyment. It's also VERY overpriced. £90 for two is far too much for a curry house like this. When we told the waiter it was too hot, he did not seem bothered and said Asian people like hot food. This is a massive assumption because we both thought it was disgusting and inedible. What is the point of food that is so hot that all you taste is chilli? How is that remotely enjoyable? I prefer to actually taste the spices in the food and not have my mouth on fire. Will not be going back and wouldn't recommend it.

Disappointing. Unfortunately, a very disappointing and humiliating experience. My wife and I are in the UK touring for only a few days. When we ordered out meals, I ordered a hot cup of tea as due to traveling my throat was hurting, and my wife ordered some water. The waiter gave us a strange look as we did not order any alcohol. Technically, our bill was going to be on the lower side which he was not happy with. Anyways, he did not initially respond to getting my tea. I had to request a couple of times before I got my tea. Then I requested some milk and sugar and he gave us expired milk. I only found out once I poured the milk into the tea. I had to wait a few minutes before he would...read...

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. If you are looking for tasteless food with slow delivery and exorbitant prices, then this is the place for you. A meal for four people, including four beers, one bottle of wine, a shared starter, and only three mains, ended up costing a whopping £220. There was plenty of food left over, not because the portions were large, but because the food was too bland to eat. To top it off, there was a £20 service charge added to the bill, which was difficult to decipher.
