an excellent restaurant! We had always wondered what could differentiate a very good restaurant from a starred restaurant and if it were deserved. for apicius the answer is yes. Opting for the Apostrophe Menu with a selection of 5 glasses of wine to match the dishes, we had no regrets thanks to the excellent advice of the sommelier.
