"Unbelievable. We arrived in this restaurant hoping to be surprised and guess. I do! First of all welcome and service: Impeccable, an irreproachable, smiling, kind, attentive and with little touches of humor as you ask. Then the kitchen: Apostrophe menu, dishes and wines. It was quite irreproachable. Very good, surprising, we ask again! And the sauces... they're so good that we've had a lot of slices of bread to sauce everything! Unthinkable to leave a drop! Small flat on fine mignardises that make pale figures when you tasted a great meal all along! But it's just a detail. Finally, special mention for the beautiful dishes!! Do not hesitate, otherwise you will regret it (Passage in the restaurant in January 2023 but reviews not published by Google. I agree again because the restaurant deserves it amply)"

"Ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes de laisser un commentaire négatif, mais le sentiment d'avoir été victime d'une tentative de tromperie sur la marchandise est trop fort.voici l'histoireMon mari avait commandé un whisky pour l'apéritifLe serveur nous propose un choix de whisky.........super nouvelle pour un connaisseur ! Mon mari choisit alors un "Aberlour" (en magasin il coute dans les 35€ la bouteille )Mais grande déception.........et, l'air de rien, le serveur apporte un "William Lawson" (15/20€ la bouteille, c'est un bon whisky mais d'entrée de gamme)Dommage mon mari l'avait vu remplir le verre discrètement derrière le bar, l'entourloupe a été démasquée!Morale de l'histoire Faites ATTENTION à ce que l'on vous sert !"

"ATTENTION : Ne dite rien aux Patrons de cette ‘‘gargote-boui-boui’’ sur quelqu’un que vous connaissez en commun, car il leurs seront rapportés déformés, divulgués amplifié et vous vous retrouverez bien mal à l’aise quand l’intéressé viendra vous demander des comptes. Le personnel surtout les patrons sont les commères du quartiers.Je crois que les patrons on confondu discrétion et INDISCRETION.Un minimum de discrétion est obligatoire quand on est restaurateur, que je sache.De plus la nourriture n’est pas franchement excellente.Si vous avez pensé faire une bonne halte mexicaine ce sera certainement un arrêt cauchemardesque.Il vaut mieux passer votre chemin.Et pour reprendre certain commentaire auquel j’adhère :Franchement pas le goût mexicain , si vous aimez le goût mexicain allez vite voir ailleurs .Tout simplement immonde … certains plats sont décongelé, ou sont réchauffé de la veille ou plus encore.C'est bon, on évite, c'était mieux avant....Rien à voir, et le patron: parole et parole et parole....un chili ... remplacé par des fajitas en plus de ca tout du congelé ! Nous avons entendu d'autres clients se plaindre de l'attente. Comme nous ..."

"we chose the menu flavors. 3 shrimp and a half bathing in a hard sauce to finish where I didn't find mozzarella!!! Very good fish but the sauce that was below had a taste of acidic meat that came to spoil the dish, damage because the vegetables were good if they were taken out of the baba dessert sauce too imbibed with green ice and strawberry liquor I think then rather good pistachio mousse. at the bottom of the bowl you find pears with syrup in a juice that has taken the taste of all these different flavors. I had trouble finishing my dessert.Trop of flavors that mix and that do not necessarily go together for me it gives a menu without flavor of the blow.We were disappointed. the price is 10 € too high compared to what is found in the plate.A positive waitress pleasant village friendly."

"Small, high end, restaurant of Chalet Mounier P'tit Polyte has just 6 or 7 tables and serves delicious and imaginative cuisine one would expect in downtown London or Paris, not in a remote ski location. Two totally different menus, one focused on regional products, second with more remote roots, undoubtedly related to australian origins of chef. All is perfect but few dishes are well above others: poached lobster served in a roll with mango, seared foie gras with smoked duck breast and delicious bouillon, very original smoked trout with pickled lemon and capers and two desserts: pineapple and mango. Only drawback -if really you are looking for one- is over-abundance of various amuse-bouche, pre-desserts and other migniardises: too much food on the one hand and, specifically regarding amuse-bouche, surprisingly not aligned with the rest of the menu, as if prepared by another chef.Outstanding wine list, clearly built by somebody who both knows and loves wine served by amazing sommeliere - I will be back just for that !Great discovery."
