The service was extremely slow, and the waitstaff seemed a bit unfriendly. The restaurant didn’t seem to be well-organized. The food quality did not match the high prices, and I don’t think I will be returning.

My wife chose this restaurant, and I'm really glad she did. The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly polite. Even the chef came out to check on us, which was a nice touch. I would definitely come back again. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I had a couple hours to kill before a check-in in the town centre, the weather was grim outside and I just felt like a pizza so I popped in this restaurant around midday. The food and the wine were delicious. The red-haired waitress was lovely and very helpful. The decor was also very pleasant. Will definitely come back one day! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

This was our second visit to Arco, and both experiences were very enjoyable. The food and service were excellent. We did receive the wrong dish initially, but the issue was resolved quickly. The restaurant features beautiful decor and a lovely ambiance. The staff is friendly and courteous. The reason for losing a star is that the restroom facilities were below standard and could use some maintenance and improvements.
