"I would give 0 star but unfortunately this option is not available. We have seen the great reviews of this place and since we love pizza, we wanted to give it a try. Together with my wife and years old child, we drove tonight...from Strasbourg and arrived around hrs. We found a table straight away, although the place was superbusy. Actually in mins after we arrived, people were queuing at the entrance, which only shows how sought after this place is. Also, the atmosphere was good, lots of happy faces and good energy. That's when the disaster started. Firstly, we were seated at a big table alongside few other people, which we didn't mind, as we could see how full the place was. What was weird, was that waiters moved rows of customers from our table in minutes and we could see also other people raised from their tables in order to efficiently occupy the space to the maximum. Even though a little bit awkward, the atmosphere was friendly and the customers didn't seem bothered. We ordered beers one large and small, unfortunately being told that they don't serve small beers?! Ok, as I said everything was positive, so we didn't mind, we took two large beers, although my wife doesn't drink that much. We ordered two pizzas and could see ourselves still waiting after hour. Actually, at the one hour and minutes mark, I asked for another beer : they know what they are doing. Anyway, the atmosphere was still good and we didn't mind. After around and mins wait without being told when we ordered that the wait is that long, the pizzas arrived. Absolute shock! My wife's Vegetarian Pizza didn't have any mushrooms and my Quattro Stagione was actually a Duo Stagione only ham and olives!!!. No mushrooms, no artichokes. I was speechless. I wanted to speak to the waiter but I had to wait for another minutes till I could grab him, as he left pizzas and ran to other tables. I explained to him, he took the pizza, came back after minutes and admitted that they have no mushrooms but he could put artichokes and green peeper. Since I was exhausted by then, I said that's fine not a problem. Meanwhile, my wife and child were starving, they started to eat the pizza even if it was a Vegetarian with onions, peppers and mushrooms That was all! During my next wait another minutes I was wondering if they will make a new pizza or add ingredients to the old one? Even if the second option, I was saying in my mind that I will take it, I was pissed of at that moment. Of course, the second option was the chosen one, the waiter came back with same pizza I knew it as I started slicing it initially only on one side but what do you know?! the green peppers and artichokes were indeed abundant, however they were raw and the pizza was stone cold!!!! So what they did, they took it, threw the RAW VEGETABLES on it and brought it back! Without even heating it! I have to say that was the completion of my most disgusting dinner experience ever! I travel to so many places, not all my experiences were great but what happened tonight is beyond any imagination. The final shot was when we stood up, I took the pizza all the way to the kitchen, handed it in and advised that it was cold and vegetables raw and asked for the bill. I paid the bill and expressed my disgust toward this horrible experience toward the guy whom I was paying probably the master waiter ... who smiled very relaxed at me and said : I'm sorry! How can this be possible? It was the absolute humiliation. Their attitude was like 'we don't give a sh it about you, we have customers waiting in the queue to spend their money in here'. It is shocking, disgusting and incredible attitude. They might have thousands of customers but for sure they will not have me or my wife ever crossing their door. Even though many of the clients of this place are really happy, hence the reviews, I am sure that what happened to us tonight was not the first time or a mistake. That was despise towards the customers due to business doing too good"

"I've known the gas house for a little bit. now quite large. clear map offer but all the more delicious. for special occasions or simply a higher one. very family-friendly. children liked to see. get a free iceball after eating that they can get with the service in the kitchen. "The pictures on the homepage and here on Maps were very inviting and promising, so we decided to eat here. We really liked the concept idea, but unfortunately the implementation is a bit mediocre. You could do a lot more with it. The service was very friendly, which left a positive impression. Online booking was also really great, easy and quick. But what really bothered us were the prices or the sizes and quality at these prices. In our opinion these are not appropriate. There were three of us. I had the Ponyhof panel and imagined something great and big underneath. Unfortunately, for the price, my idea was completely different than what came on the table. I'm happy to pay prices like that, but then there has to be something appropriate in return. Either the quality must be better or the portion must be larger. The food was ok but not for the price. I would have imagined more. The salad we ordered €7) was a handful of ready made salad with ready made dressing. Here, too, there is generally nothing wrong with it, but not at this price. Either I get a larger, fresh salad with fresh dressing or the price has to be correspondingly lower if you use convenience. Extra costs for ketchup and even for take away packaging can be argued as to whether you want to impose this on the customer. But if the prices are that high, then that should at least be included. The three of us 2 adults 1 child) paid around €85, but unfortunately we weren't full. Dear Ponyhof team I am confident that you will do this with a lot of love and dedication. But you should really rethink the calculation. If you want to offer something high priced, then with a different quality. However, larger portions or cheaper prices are more suitable for the concept. Idea is great! Booking/reservation excellent! Service very nice and friendly Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right. But you can definitely do better..."

"Der Name ist Programm: In einer gepflegt rustikalen Gasthausatmosphäre wird eine sehr delikate Küche serviert. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gegart, zart, saftig und einfach lecker. Dazu ein Salat, der unter den auf ersten Blick scheinbar langweiligen Blättern sich beim Essen offenbart: Bohnen, Moorrüben usw. sorgfältig angerichtet und durch ein leckeres aber nicht aufdringliches Dressing vereint. Das die Soße die Nudeln richtig schmackhaft werden lässt und das Fleisch hervorragend abrundet, erscheint fast selbstverständlich. Das Dessert hält das Niveau spielend. Egal ob Mousse, Obstsalat oder ganz besonders das Eis, alles ist hervorragend. Dazu ein freundlicher, aufmerksamer und keinesfalls aufdringlicher Service. Beneidenswert sind diejenigen, die in der Nähe dieses Kleinod wohnen."
