"It is a restaurant with aspirations to have a Michelin star in a city that idolatrous (and I can understand it) the free tapa model with the drink, and that has a lot of merit. In fact, there are surely few places in the city with these aspirations. But when we talk about a dinner where you easily pay 100-150€ per comensal, there are things that you expect to happen and that if they don't happen, they give you sweet taste. For example: you sit on a table with a white tablecloth that has small stains, they are small, but they stand out in the impolute white of the tablecloth, or that in the tasting menu of 6 dishes there are 2 with flavors that hardly surprise you, like a duck magret with foie or a filling squid that knows, to squid filled with all life. or that in the restaurant there is a table with 15 people riding a rustle that prevents you from having a quiet and intimate dinner. or that the glass windows of the restaurant, overlooking the entire city, are completely engraved by the callima and do not allow you to see anything (hey, I understand that the callima is not your fault much less, but in short, it is another little thing that has sparked the experience). Anyway, I understand that they are very personal/subjective evaluations, but when I enter a restaurant of this type I seek to live a unique experience of taste, smell, sight and sound, and in my case, I did not have the luck to live it."
