"Schon wieder eine Bewertung von mir muss sein, da diese genau das Gegenteil meiner Bewertung von gestern im Schlosshotel Kronberg wiedergibt. Als erstes sind die sauberen Weingläser aufgefallen sollte normal sein, aber gestern war das halt anders. Dazu kommt ein wirklich super netter Service freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend was will man mehr. Als Vorspeise hatte ich lauwarmes Carpaccio vom Saumagen mit Salat und einer wundervollen Vinaigrette dazu (kostenfrei eine wirklich leckere Brotauswahl . Als Hauptspeise bestellte ich das Rumpsteak (medium rare und so wurde es auch serviert und dazu diese einmaligen Pommes frittiert im Rinderfett großes Kino. Das Fleisch war leider etwas sehnig kann halt passieren. Dazu einen wunderschönen Chardonnay Weißburgunder von Rings (für 24€ ! Danke an das gesamte Team für den sehr schönen Mittag bis sehr bald."

"embedded in an old village on the top of a hill, the hotel restaurant looks like a typical Germanic style house. finding it is very easy thanks to the signs. the problem is that it is better to avoid there with sports car. or large caravans, as the access road is narrow and paved in style. the parking spaces are limited so that they only drive to dinner there, it is recommended to park outside the village and take a walk to reach the locals; above all how to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. the place is not very large, but it appears immediately inviting. there are two dining rooms. an antique style with fireplace and time facility; the other modern and plentiful, but always pleasant. as far as the hotel part is concerned, I must say that I expected more! my room was definitiw small and the equipment was not exactly level. a refrigerator was missing for example. the bathroom can be checked in any case... very simple and economical. among other things, the hahn was very small and difficult to use for washing. I have to make a note of the amount of ascigamani. clean, but a little too dry. maybe dated. cleaning is not the best .. more attention would be required. Maybe other rooms are more spacious and equipped, but I couldn't check. about the breakfast. everything is normal, although I expected local products and maybe handmade. regarding the restaurant, I must say that I am completely satisfied.... good products and well cooked in the right portions. good wine selection and good beer. perfect service and friendliness. the restaurant is worth a visit. satisfied!"

"Ich habe hier einen perfekten Abend verbracht und kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Das Essen war fantastisch; ich war wirklich begeistert von der Vorspeise: Avocadosalat mit Jakobsmuschel und Garnelen: der Salat war super angemacht! Und ich finde, gerade am Dressing kann man schon erkennen, wie der Rest des Essens wird und genau so war es.. wir bekamen eine wunderbar gegarte Gans, mit knuspriger Haut und trotzdem innen saftig, selbstgemachtes Rotkraut und Knödel. Das schweinebäckchen ist auf der Zunge zergangen! Aber Achtung: Die Portionen sind sehr groß und für Normalsterbliche kaum zu bewältigen. Deshalb ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis; meines Erachtens sind die Preise sogar zu billig für die erbrachte Qualität! Der Service war auch den ganzen Abend über sehr aufmerksam, wie man es leider nur noch selten erlebt: wir wurden von der sehr lieben Chefin persönlich begrüßt und die Bestellung wurde sofort aufgenommen. Auch die anderen Bedienungen waren immer präsent und haben zu jedem Gang nachgefragt , ob alles recht ist. Manchmal sind es einfach Kleinigkeiten, die den Unterschied machen: hier steht zum Beispiel Salz und Pfeffer schon auf dem Tisch, ebenso wie frische Blumen, der Tisch ist mit Tischdecken eingedeckt, der Service ist immer zur Stelle und muss nicht, wie in vielen anderen Restaurants, erst hergerufen werden.. Zum krönenden Abschluss hatten wir eine Dessertvariation von selbstgemachen Desserts. Die mousse au chocolat war besser , als ich es je hinbekommen habe.. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und bedanken uns für einen perfekten Abend!"

"We arrived a bit late during a bike ride ,but the nice lady told us to sit in the beautiful courtyard full of olive trees and lemon trees and we felt we were in Tuscany .... We had snails as entree which were tasty with...an unusual sauce made of butter , rosemary and lemon .The best were the liver dumplings which are a specialty of the Palatinate ,but these were the best we have ever tasted : soft and full of flavour served on a bed of perfect sauerkraut. The homemade spätzle to die for as al dente and served with a chanterelle and cream sauce .Their wines very good too and all very cheap. Everything served with a big smile !"
