"When we visited this restaurant, there was a bit of a wait for our food, but we were informed beforehand and it was not a problem for us. The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever encountered in a chain restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, especially on the upper floor which felt particularly cozy. We also appreciated the offer of a discount with our blue light card. We would definitely return to Durham again."

Can't go wrong with Ask Italian. The food is amazing, portion sizes are huuge and the staff are super friendly. We hadn't booked a table and it was a busy Saturday night but they managed to seat us straight away. I would highly recommend the elderflower G&T!

a great place, comfortable, clean and welcoming. the young lady who was busy with us all the time was amazing and made the visit special. the customer service was clearly their first priority. the food was served in time, well presented and delicious. after our opinion it is reasonable.

This restaurant might be a chain, but it is fantastic. I have been there 10 times. The rosemary and sea salt bread is out of this world. I especially enjoyed the tortelloni mortadella, which I believe is a special dish. The prices are reasonable, and even without any discounts, it is not too expensive.
