"We had the chance to have gone to lunch six times in the last four months and we were impressed each time. yesterday, we had the menu at 50 euros, and enjoyed five aperitif plates with our aperitif before our amuse-bouche of carrots and snails in a vanilla sauce. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's excellent. This was followed by fresh foie gras on a small mini bread with the most delicious sauce. the liver melted just in the mouth and was cooked to perfection. The main dish was a lobster foam that really made the taste buds go up. It was served with a selection of mixed vegetables and the plate looked like it was dressed by an artist. Once again, the selection of cheeses was very impressive with a good selection of local cheeses and old favorites. and where to find a dessert before dessert. This was a raspberry and vanilla dish with the most delicious raspberry coulis. we chose a chocolate and coffee dessert yesterday, after taking part in previous visits and we couldn't believe the artistic presentation that was presented to us. We had a chocolate chimney filled with a light vanilla mousse, as well as a firm chocolate mousse accompanied by a chocolate mousse and a coffee mousse. we thought we were dead and went to heaven. What can we say? as always the food was perfect. exceptional service. the warm welcome and the inviting general atmosphere. we can strongly recommend this restaurant for both food and for owners. That's our favorite restaurant."

Incompréhension totale face à la perte de l'étoile. La cuisine de Mr Lagnes est toujours aussi délicieuse. Difficile de trouver mieux alentour. Jamais déçus depuis des années. Nous avons passé un excellent moment culinaire avec des amis ce dimanche de pentecôte.

We were the group of six mentioned in another critic of this restaurant. meal and service were simply excellent, which allowed us to really enjoy our common wedding anniversary. Although subceyrac is a little hidden, this restaurant is worth a visit. but check that it is open and that a table is available.

Once again we celebrated a birthday by visiting the subceyrac lunch and again we were delighted with the meal and service. I've been reviewing this restaurant so many times that there's not much to say. The meal was exceptional, the service was excellent and we will return soon. this restaurant deserves to be better known and the couple who holds it deserves all the praises it receives. I had lunch at Monsieur Lagnes' restaurant a few weeks ago and I was absolutely won over by the quality of the cuisine and the service. The dishes were refined and original, the products fresh and tasty, and the presentation of the plates impeccable. The service was attentive and discreet, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and friendly. I am deeply disappointed by the Michelin Guide's decision to remove a star from this restaurant which, in my opinion, fully deserves it. I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of French gastronomy.

birthdays, birthdays and just for something special, you have to try this restaurant. located at the corner of a small village, it is a hidden gem. the chef here is starred michelin and food reflects his love of his profession. menus are varied and cheap given the quality of the meal and the prices of the wines are surprisingly good. presentation, fresh products and kitchen are remarkable. the service is very professional but warm and friendly and the team husband and wife works so well together. nothing is too much to ask them and there are surprises throughout the meal. How many other michelin starred chefs would help you drive with your luggage the next morning? patrick lagnes is this man. our fifth visit, and once again the menu tasting: several delicious "amuse-gulls"; quinelles of colin with mussels and carrots; ravioli with chestnuts, coconut egg and parmesan sauce; half a lobster; coffee cooked veal ris and liquorice with matching vegetables; trolley cheese; coffee island floating coconut sauce; Rhubarb almond with vanilla cream and red fruit coulis. all this is of an excellent value for money, and we are served by the same kind waitress as on each previous occasion. Four of us had lunch at the subceyrac lunch last week. as it was early April, things were pretty calm and we had the dining room for ourselves. a relatively small dining room generously equipped with comfortable tables and chairs; we sat in front of a large red fireplace. back in this restaurant for my birthday dinner with friends and I spent a memorable evening. There was a group of six, and a group of two and ourselves (one group of four) and among us, there were three anniversary celebrations and two wedding anniversary celebrations, so you can imagine the friendly atmosphere of the dining room.
