"Dinner on September 8, 2023. We got a last minute spot. The setting is magnificent, with a view of the village church and the Vilaine. We chose two “Discovery” menus (119 euros per menu) with the “Food Wine” agreement (45 euros per person). Nothing to complain about: the dishes are all excellent, and all the flavors fit together perfectly, like the complex cogs of a cutting-edge watchmaker. For the “Food Wine” pairing, the sommelier adapts harmoniously to the speed at which you drink and the progress of the meal. Beyond the food, it is worth noting the quality of the service: warm, meticulous, impeccable and personalized. Thank you for this time spent in your establishment."
