Excellent choice of tartars, reasonable prices, warm atmosphere and more than pleasant staff.. personal recommendation: gourmet beef tartare with sesame and black garlic, foie gras and mustard seeds.

beautiful place with large selection of tartaric acid (bef, huh, salmon). it is not a general tartaric acid (as in france: only meat, egg and salt/peffer), it is a Swiss tartaric acid: chopped meat and wide offer. I took a Greek tortar: bark with dried tomato, olive and feta. it was incredibly delicious! the prices are about 30 pieces.
