"Ordered a delivery from here and waited over an hour for the desserts to arrive! Rang up 3 times and was told misleading delivery information about when the food would arrive. On the 3rd try to get in contact the man just hung up on me! Very unimpressed. By the time the food had arrived, the ice cream on the brownie had completely melted and was swimming in the “ice cream”. the waffle was nice after I had to stick it in the microwave to warm as it was cold. Would’ve been quicker to drive and order in person. Not happy with this service and will not be ordering delivery from here again."

Chicken Donner was out of date, dry and smelled, inadequate to consume. Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs. Waste of £9.50.

Ordered two mixed kababs and the lamb on both was a horrible white colour and was soft. Did not looked cooked also the chicken looked and tasted hours old

I ordered delivery, three portions of mixed with fries and salad, and it came more lamb and the chicken was burned with a lot of fat bits in it, the fries were all old and all the food Was cold yh I will never order again

Delivery to postcode OX15: £5... LIES!!! if you try to order through their app OR just eat it says they can't deliver to OX15, ring the place and try to explain and staff are rude and don't care... Save your money and get a better kebab elsewhere....

Placed an order at 5.30, rang at 7.40 as still not received despite estimated delivery time being 6.40. Was told driver was 2 minutes away, rang back at 8.10 as still not arrived to be told (very rudely) that the driver had delivered the food at 6.30pm (despite being told at 7.40 the driver was still on his way). Very rude staff avoid at all costs!
