"My experience at the Arancia di Mezzanotte venue for a graduation party was extremely disappointing, so much so that it only deserved one star, although I would have been inclined to give zero. Once we arrived, we immediately noticed some shortcomings in the organization of the aperitif. The table did not offer enough space to place glasses, forcing us to hold plates in our hands to eat. The cutting boards were poor, with small and unappealing portions: three slices of cheese accompanied by a touch of honey or jam, as many slices of mortadella (one of which cut in half), a modest bowl of unsalted Venere rice and three thin slices of veal with tuna sauce. The bread basket, containing only five slices, was not enough even for the four of us, and when we asked for more bread, the waiter told us that there was none available, offering us two packaged biscuits instead. At the end of the evening, when we no longer needed it, they brought us back additional bread. Ordering drinks was another disappointment: it took us more than 25 minutes, even though the place wasn 't crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to customers ' needs, responding to our requests with empty promises and unnecessarily prolonging the wait. The menu also included a first course after the starters, but getting that dish was a real nightmare. We had to repeatedly ask the staff, without getting any tangible results. In the end, we even went directly to the owner at the checkout to try to get an answer, but again we were disappointed. Around half past midnight, a modest plate of gnocchi with sauce finally arrived, accompanied by a disconcerting statement: there are one gnocchi for every two people . This attitude was simply ridiculous. Even when the cake was served, we had to make do with cutting it ourselves, as the table wasn 't even cleared by the staff. We were forced to pick up the dirty dishes ourselves and make room. This negative review is not due to the place being crowded, but rather the terrible customer service. The waiters seemed to ignore our requests or continue to delegate the work to others. Furthermore, the internal environment was unwelcoming, with uncomfortable chairs that closed every time we got up and dirty and neglected sofas. Ultimately, I have no intention of returning to this place. My experience was so bad that it left me with no hope of future improvement. I would also add that we were positioned right in front of the entrance door and it was wide open. We asked several times to close the door because it was cold, but their response was no, we can 't do that . We had to eat with our jacket on. The service was terrible and the customer attention was embarrassing. Be careful because not all the places in the Quadrilatero of Turin deserve to be visited"
