Stayed here one night while with a tour group from the US. The service staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on answering questions. The rooms need an upgrade. Ottimo hotel con una posizione fantastica. Abbiamo avuto una camera con vista lago, che è stata l'esperienza migliore che abbia mai avuto, specialmente quando pioveva con tempesta. Buona posizione ma servizio clienti davvero scadente. La camera non fornisce alcuna tazza. Quando ho chiamato per richiedere tazze e un cavatappi per il vino, la receptionist mi ha indirizzato al numero del bar, ma la persona al telefono ha riattaccato. Dopo aver richiamato la receptionist, mi hanno chiesto di scendere al bar per aprire il vino. Mentre ero ancora al telefono, anche la receptionist ha riattaccato. Selected a Lakeview room which has a very good view but it's directly above a bus stop and people hang out in the Piazza so you hear voices. If you like to leave your balcony door open you hear the diesel buses going by until late in the evening. The location is the number one thing for this hotel. Guest services were very friendly, but the breakfast room staff were hit and miss as to friendliness. The bathtub was a good size and deep. They do have small elevators and there is sometimes a line. Breakfast selection was really good. Lots of choices and you can just ask for a fresh espresso or you can drink Americano coffee. The croissants were delicious? Visualizza piatti
