I have been going here for years, even had one of my Christmas work meals here. The guys are so accommodating, friendly and do a fab job. I have tried most curries on the menu. Food is really good and I would recommend a meal here.

came here with the work and it was the first time that I was, heard good reviews about it and they were not wrong. the food was nicely cooked and tasted amazing..good the price they pay too, which is not too expensive! one of the best Indian restaurants I visited will definitely go back. We have been tonight for our nephews 21st birthday meal. What can can I say...... The food, the drinks, the service was second to none. The gentlemen were amazing but Steph and Alison were absolutely amazing. Everything was brought out together and we had a great night. Thanks again and we will certainly be back.

Mine and my partners meal was brilliant couldn't knock them, how they came to your table to see if everything is and how they reheated your food at your table for you. They are an excellent place to go for any occasion. Also they were well manoured and they also had a laught with us and also gave a free drink for valentines day they were brill.

The food was delightful, and I have no complaints in that regard! The only downside was that we had to wait a bit too long between courses since the restaurant was quite busy, along with deliveries and takeout orders. I went there last night and, as usual, had an amazing experience! The coworkers are awesome, and they handle any issues that come up extremely well. The food is incredible, and everything they serve is top-notch. I did encounter a minor issue with another table, but the staff addressed it promptly and professionally. This place is definitely one of the best in Stoke-on-Trent, which is why I’m giving it a well-deserved 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the chicken tawa—it was absolutely fantastic! We visited Basmati as a family of five, including three children aged four and a half. The staff was excellent—friendly and accommodating. The food was perfect; the kids left absolutely nothing on their plates! I was defeated by the chicken phaal, which was incredibly delicious, but I had already filled up on the lovely appetizers, poppadoms, and dips. When it came time for dessert, they had run out of one of our choices, but they went the extra mile to get the ingredients and made it for us! The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. We had a wonderful family dinner. Many thanks to everyone at Basmati!
