"Be right back is a small meal in the heart of Linz. I am a regular visitor because I enjoy their weekday lunch menu a lot: a small bowl of soup followed by a mixed bowl of your choice choose rice noodles or rice, one of two sauces (Teriyaki or Curry, both vegan and the main ingredient (vegan: marinated avocado or homemade fritted Shiiitake Tofu, accompanied by roasted vegetables. The homemade tofu is the main star: very crispy on the outside, smooth inside, combined with tasteful shitake mushrooms. I often order the vegan summer rolls as starters available with mango and/or avocado (you can order either two with one of the fillings or two mixed avo/mangos. the Pulled-Duck burger is not bad but a second time I don't have to have it either. the bulgogi meat burger is a pure guess. the flesh is so tough that it cannot be crushed by pure chewing. too expensive!
