Was served and looked after by Katie, who was friendly, helpful and a generally lovely hostess. I had my two young nephews with me and she was engaging and patient with them. Would 100% return just from this service!

I went here with my Sister and her husband for an early evening meal and quite frankly it was rubbish. Ignoring the fact that it was quite chilly in there and the lighting was far too bright and overpowering, the food was abysmal.

Was extremely busy when we arrived at 7pm. They found us a table quickly and the service was good and very quick considering how busy it was! Would definitely recommend if they can get it right like this in a busy Saturday night they must be great all the time. Visualizza piatti

Been to Bella Italia Huntingdon a few times, never had a problem. Staff are really friendly and are happy to accommodate you with any changes to menu items with no fuss. If there is something wrong, it gets sorted out right away. Food always arrives hot and is beautifully presented, and always tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Went at a quiet time; everything ok, although the Sicilian lemon chicken was a bit insipid and bland. Service pleasant and helpful, and prompt (but there was only one other couple in the place).Bella Italia have spent a lot of money on updating their rather staid and dark interior; it's now shabby chic. Not sure I think it's right, but still, at least the place is airy and light.£65 for two, starter, main, one sweet, bottle of wine, coffee.

We visited on 20/09 couldn't fault the restaurant. A bit sceptical as not keen on the Cambridge branch but as its pretty local we thought we'd try it out with the children ages 4 8. Prompt friendly service, we didn't have to wait too long for anything ordered. The staff couldn't do enough replaced a glass of wine that got knocked over exchanged a desert that my fusspot didn't like! Both much appreciated! Clean good atmosphere. Would go back. So tonight i decided to get a takeaway and try out the delights to what i thought of Bella Italia, I asked for Lasgne to which was a price of £11.49, i thought this would come with chips and side salad, nope it was an addditional £3.49 for approx 15 french fries. the wait was twenty mins. Once cooked i was given a paper bowl with another placed on the top with shrinkwrap and a tiny box for the fries, the paper bowls were steamin hot and wet. I said to the lady who served me dont i get a bag, as surprised as she looked, she did hand me a paper bag with no handles.

Had OK meal, the food was a bit cold and bland and service a bit slow, despite the lack of customers, the staff were dressed awfully in random attire that did not show any kind of unity or even any effort to look professional. Some had their hair down, wore nail varnish and had piercings which as a former waitress and food and beverage supervisor I know is not in line with food health and safety regulations- I don't fancy choking on an earring in my food or a bit of hair. I wasn't expecting anything amazing though, so if it were just down to that for the money and food I would have probably given 3 stars.

It was 2 degrees outside, and about 10 degrees inside. I asked why it was so cold and was told the heating was broken. This should have been explained when we entered. Most people inside we wearing coats. the service was also very slow. That didn 't bother me too much until the end when we were still sitting there with plates around us and no offer of a desert menu. I asked for the bill and at the same time explained my thoughts on our evening there and that I felt the poor service and faulty heating should be reflected in our bill. 10 mins later I was told that they won 't be reducing our bill.
