While I'm not familiar with football competitions, I did watch the Rugby World Cup there a couple of years ago, and it was a great experience. Great venue to watch a football match, we had a whole area reserved and an excellent Vue of the big screen. Friendly bar staff who looked after us, the food was ok but left a lot to be desired. Would come back for sports but not for the grub!
