Always visit when in Bath. Fabulous cookies. Very rich, full of chocolate. Chocolate Orange is my favourite.

Where ever we go we always look out for a Ben’s Cookies, Bath was no different. We spent the weekend there and went to Ben’s everyday! Thanks for providing us with amazing cookies!

Looking for a ‘pick me up’ for a family member who’d spent the summer revising we picked up a box of which included some freebies. The cookies are first rate. Their Covid precautions reassuring. Our son smiled for the first time in weeks ..great value!

my Brazilian flatmate recommended this cookie franchise on the day before my day trip to bath. these cookies are amazing. a bit on the sweet side, but the chocolate flakes taste so good in these chewing crispy cookies. they are also huge! would definitely buy them again.

today for the first time in bath. had a contribution on facebook and a friend recommended bens cookies and I had to come and find the shop! it wasn't missing. the cookies are so fresh and they are so soft and really tasteful. also the employees in the shop are really nice. beautiful little place that is worn away in bath. with an impressive selection of aromas and melt in their mouth taste, I think everyone with a sweet tooth should give this cookie a try! the service was really good and although the shop was not too big, they served quickly to ensure that it was not packed. it is also worth saying that they can see that the cookies are made fresh behind the counter. the smell is something else!

never was when he brought up big things about Bens cookies so it was super excited to try them. Unfortunately we are a-little under welled, the milkshake was disappointing we ordered keksteig, but tasted and looked like only milk, more like a vanilla milkshake in all honesty. When...as we hastened to make a quick sale, it was not busy) and there was a lack of help in making decisions when considering how we were not going. but cookie was perfect, could not be asked for a better cookie, was simply left sad by the other factors.

I absolutely love bens cookies, my boyfriend and I come to bens very often for their delicious treats, however; today I went in and the customer service wasn’t good at all. This can be forgiven as everyone has bad days but I asked for cookie...dough ice cream, when the lady gave me my ice cream it was brownie flavoured. I asked ‘what flavour is this’ as I was pretty sure it wasn’t and she said it was cookie dough and walked away. She lied, it wasn’t the flavour I asked for and I was left with something I had payed for but didn’t want. Ended up throwing it away.
