"First time going to the refurbished restaurant and I do like the modern and renovated look of the place. Definitely needed when looking at all mountain restaurants in the region. On the other hand, we completely lost the aspect of service and warmth. Greeted by a manager that showed great character, I was impressed. As soon as I was confronted to the waiting staff, I lost that appreciation. It seems that the gap between the managers and the staff is too big in terms of client contact. I'd love to see a tighter team. In regards to the food, we both had great starters (tagliolini with lemon and a super winter salad but then had to wait approx 45 minutes for the mains which arrived cold. It seems the dishes also waited that long to be served. The tartare was underwhelming and the seasoning on the meat ,that seemed to be good on its own, made us lose our appetite. We were ready to share our opinion with the staff but they seemed disinterested so I thought I'd share it here. Pretty long review for a restaurant but that's because it has taken over a restaurant that was full on most days and had an offering appreciated by all so I'd expect to be the same or better. Hope for a better experience next time! ;"

I was there with my friends and called the waitress, but she didn't come. After 20 minutes we left again. This restaurant is probably only for wealthy people!?

The food was very good, but the prices were overpriced. The concept still seems to be working. Gstaad has enough tourists who pay 20 Stutz for spaghetti nature. What is not possible is to offer a child free syrup and then still charge for it. Visualizza piatti

Well it's a nice place and the food was good but the wait just to receive the card! Half an hour then waiting for the meal means you lose a lot of time. And the quantities of food are aimed more at women in search of a diet than at a hungry skier! An operation therefore to be revised.

It was much better before the work Beautiful setting, acceptable food, but very disappointing service. We ordered rosti with tomme on top. Although the plates were beautifully presented, the rosti lacked flavor and did not contain onions. Ordering from the terrace turned out to be almost an impossible mission. After placing an order for the drinks, we waited over 10 minutes to receive them, and they were not correct. The waiter apologized and recommended the drinks, but we still had to wait 10 minutes to receive them properly. However, the dishes arrived quite quickly. I have the impression that there is a lack of organization in the service of this restaurant.
