We have also had a buffet breakfast on a weekend which...we would describe as average for Bielelfeld. Worth a visit if visiting the city and we will certainly visit again when content to wait a little for a drink?"

The Bernstein is a nice Restaurant and a very good Bar with a huge variety of drinks. There is indoor and in summer outdoor seeting on the top of Bielefeld with a spectacular view.

What a find. Beautifully crafted cocktails served on a stunning rooftop with views towards the castle. We visited with a large group and the bar staff were quick and attentive. Food looked good too.

Great views and good service with a big selection of drinks, food can be traditional and it isn’t cheap but a lovely place to see the city and on a Friday afternoon it is very chilled and a great place to relax.

Meal was good, atmosphere nice, modern great view as located at top floor of a fairly high building. Difficult to find entrance. Waiters not allowed to serve tap water free of charge. We had food drinks and at some point a colleague asked for a...glass of tap water which was a problem for them.

We ordered 2 beers, an espresso and asked for a glass of tapwater. The manager (Yavuz) said they don't have a tap and and we should buy another espresso to have a little bit of water or buy a bottle instead. Bottom line: we spent...money, were just thirsty, and this bar wouldn't even spare a glass of water! Unbelievable!
