Great food, great service here as always. They had a problem with the gas supply to the kitchen, but I can't fault how quickly they let me know. My food still came out in less than 20 minutes too. Brilliant Visualizza piatti

I had a fantastic lunch with my friends at this restaurant. Unfortunately, when we asked a staff member to take a photo of us, he refused by saying he was too busy. Other than that, the service and food were excellent.

The staff were very friendly, the service was good. We ordered from the breakfast menu, and the food was great, thoroughly enjoyable. Despite the great food and quality ingredients the food could have been warmer, it was closer to luke warm rather than hot.. For that the be the only criticism is acceptable in my book

Fantastic food, great drinks and extremely good staff. We arrived just after the kitchen had accepted a very large takeaway order. We were told the wait for food would be longer than normal, but opted to have some drinks first. Once this order was clear, the staff were extremely accommodating even after several other diners jumped the queue as such for orders. Would highly recommend. Visualizza piatti

Went without looking at any reviews, just saw the menu and was interested.Cocktails were brilliant, food was excellent, their large chicken burger is brill as well as their halloumi burger too.Spacious enough so it was ok considering the covid stuff. Staff all masked which was nice.Crowd was abit meh due to all the local chavs nearby but that’s not fault of the restaurant.Will be visiting again!

Berro has always been a great spot for drinks and ambiance, with friendly staff. However, we have recently steered clear of dining there due to inconsistency. Our experience during a Saturday lunch was disappointing, with lukewarm burger and cold steak. This issue seems to be recurrent, as indicated by previous reviews. Could having the pass upstairs and out of sight be the root of the problem? Unfortunately, when we mentioned the issue with our food being cold, no solution was offered. It is disappointing as we had hoped to make Berro a regular spot for us.

the staff is fabulous, I don't know how they climb up and down the stairs all day. I don't know why they didn't make a stupid waiter when they built this place! 2 of us had the fish finger sandwiches with salat and wet sauce. it has whole cap in tartaric acid sauce that makes it quite salty. my sister loved it, but I would ask her to keep the tartar sauce next time. the fish fingers are lush. our best bud had the grilled cheese and ham toastie she loved it. and we all had riders who are beautiful and crispy and fluffy in the inner. soaked were beautiful apart from my mates top of tee she was not too sharp on her tees bags think they need 2 she very weak, so she pulled for a cappuccino when s...
