"Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. But I can only give 3 stars.We had a double room with a bed, half board.The double room was on the street. The proximity to the roads and to the railway line could represent a problem for some who like to sleep with open windows.For us it was possible to sleep with open windows. Hotel room clean and tidy.Room size was very sufficient because the embedding at all did not reduce the room large.What we did not like was cleaning the room.The maid made the room daily. But this related only to making the bed, emptying garbage buckets and changing towels or filling up toilet paper in the bathroom. The room has an electric kettle to make your own coffee or tea. We find the one very nice service of the hotel. But if something like this is offered (at a 4 star hotel) it should also be part of the service of the maid to change the used cups and, if necessary, the coffee or To fill tea supply. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired for us. e.g. agitated eggs, freshly roasted bacon, grill sausages or mini liver cheese, barbecue tomatoes, s ribs, croissant, bread, crib, juices, sausages and cheese plates, fresh fruit of the season ... etc.The evening bread was either buffet or a 2nd course menu. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to have a buffet for dinner at our overnight stays.The 2 courses menu was alternately a soup and main dish or a dessert. There was no choice of soup or the dessert. At the main dish there was a choice between 2 dishes, always with a vegetarian dish. Since it was not a great choice, the food is very good.Our taste was not always met. It's also difficult to choose two dishes. But I don't agree with it, which is why I'm leaving a half a star here. The beverage card did not leave our wishes open, but the chosen items were often sold out due to the delivery.The swimming pool is quite appropriate for the hotel size. I used it more often (early and evening) and it can only be max. 6 people in the swimming pool. Therefore, the swimming pool is reserved hourly to meet this demand. We didn't have any problems getting a place in the swimming pool.Water temperature should be at 26 °C according to the hotel. Feeling the water was so cold for me that I had to move so I didn't get cold. But there was more to swim in the swimming pool and not to lie around. Why I'm leaving the next half-star because of the swimming pool: The swimming pool has several beautiful facilities, such as a countercurrent system or massage nozzles. These were always out of operation as well as the 90 °C sauna. Why can't I say and missed to ask, but I find it sad that these available amenities could not be used.Who has read everything up here, I find personally beautiful.Finally, I can say that hotel was fine for the price performance ratio. Rooms are fine and clean. The bathroom is good and makes a very clean impression. Breakfast was very good and extensive.The hotel swimming pool has to be booked and reserved hours. Maya Mare in Halle is just 15 minutes away and certainly the better choice...

Friendly staff, good room facilities (for too few towel holders in the bathroom, half a star peel off breakfast buffet was tip. Small washing and winter station in the parking lot and underground garage deserve an additional star. Unfortunately room with queen bed. So a mattress in the double bed. For the fact that it was only renovated in 2017, a lot is broken in the pool. Violations are also possible. Possibly because of energy-saving measures, a sauna was not in operation and the second sauna on asparagus. 60 degrees should be warm, but only 55 degrees warm. Meals didn't always meet my taste. The breakfast buffet was always good. You don't get the train traffic with closed windows.

All right. The rooms are still carpeted, which I haven't seen for a long time, but the room I had was very clean. the water taps are in need of reconciliation, you have to worry that you could break them. It is not clear to me whether Monday is a rather quiet day, but that would be the exception, as in most hotels on Mondays many journeys are by business travelers. Throughout the departments I had to do with, friendliness was at the top. Basically, happy again.
