"we have booked to my man's birthday to eat 4.30 clock before we go to a show. we arrived 10 minutes early and were asked to wait in the hall on a sofa with several other people, then were shown to sit at the right time. we were not particularly welcome as we were taken down as there were so many people to dive around and then, as we tried to navigate the table, said the hostess, we had the table for 1 hour 30 minutes. Happy. When the waiter came to take our order, he said how they are, we answered well and asked him how he was, he replied atmospherically- only halfway through my layer. there was another table that celebrated a 60th birthday and frankly it was more like a Henne party that constantly screamed and singed, up to the point where we could not hear. eating was nice enough, but really the setting of the staff was not great. during booking we had the possibility of standard or high-seat - I chose high seating and honestly no warning, what that meant? I have also made special wish that it was my man's birthday and nothing was done? have they received this? I'm not sure what the point of this box is on the booking if it doesn't mean anything? to be fair, I could have said at the arrival, but the personal was so annoying and scarce, I could not really be harassed as we already made a cake for him. it wasn't the worst place I had eaten, and I would probably go back when someone invited me, but it didn't bother me to visit again."

Too hot!!! Asked to be moved to a cooler table downtown but waiter said we couldn’t. Service was good. Drinks took quite long. Food was nice.

Food was good the tables are very cramped together though like you feel like you're sat at the same table as people either side. Really nice service and food came quickly. Very good but not excellent.

We arrived and the place was caotic. So busy, staffs running up and down. My husband is recovering from a knee fracture and the security refused to give him the key for the disabled toilet. He needed to ask twice for the key as the security was insiting he needed to go to the toilet downstairs. The food was good. Overall a good experience. Visualizza piatti

I literally was so excited to come here bc we’re from Devon but I couldn’t have been more underwhelmed. The food looked and tasted like it could have been served in a spoons. It was bland and just kinda basic. It just wasn’t what I was expecting for a huge £160 bill for not a great deal. I went home feeling sourly disappointed and a bit sad we’d spent so much money.

Did find the initial host, rude and condescending. We booked a table online the day before as soon as we got in the door we were told we have the table for an hour and a half and that is it and no cash or card payments only. We sat for 20 to 25 minutes after we’d finished our mains and no one head offices, a desert menu or asked if we wanted more drinks we had to ask ourselves. Food was good but won’t be returning to this one. I thought the 12 1/2% service charge is a joke considering they don’t really provide a service. They should be optional for a place that doesn’t really go above and beyond.
