"Hell yeah! Was für ein Geschmackserlebnis! Wir haben an dem Tag verschiedene Stände durchprobiert und ich muss sagen, das Pulled Pork Sandwich ist mir nachhaltig in Erinnerung geblieben! Das Bort schön soft und nimmt alle Säfte gut auf! Das Fleisch butterzart und saftig! Die Sauce (Steak Sauce) lecker, präsent und nicht zu dominant! Ich habe das ganze abgerundet und noch Bacon aus eigener Herstellung dazu bestellt hab die Entscheidung definitiv nicht bereut, da es das Sandwich noch besonderer gemacht hat! Alles „gepullte“ muss sich fortan damit messen. Aber meine Freunde Qualität hat ihren Preis: für 8€ für das Sandwich zzgl. 2€ für den Bacon ist die Portion eher ein Snack als eine volle Mahlzeit. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich dort wieder hingehen wenn ich in der Gegend bin!"

Bestes BBQ was ich in Berlin probiert habe. Die Soßen und die Beilagen auch super lecker und authentisch. Kommt sehr nah an das amerikanische Original heran. Gerne wieder :

Etwas überbewertet, extra Anfahrt lohnt nur bei mehr Konsum in der Markthalle. Fleisch gut, könnte mehr Aroma haben. Beilage bei Sandwich gut, doch das Brot viel zu trocken. Pluspunkt ist das Meckatzer, Minuspunkt die Organisation.
